Good Morning.

It's good to hear that Elin and Debbie's trips are going well

I drove to the house and was put on a wait list to volunteer. I waited about an hour then was sent out in the pouring rain to help with parking. They only kept me out there about 2 hours then sent me in for a hot meal and planned to send me up to the house around 9 PM. At 7:50 a friend of mine from work who was running the catering van up to the house offered to give me a ride up. I worked out perfect as I brought some cookies and Red Bull right into the house It is a very large house, but it seems pretty practical for a Family of 10. I ended up helping until 1 AM. I plan to go back by Noon today. I can only imagine how much they've gotten done since I left. There was a lot going on while I was there. I've got my Extreme Home Makeover T-shirt too

We got our Halloween costumes for MNSSHP! After seeing Toy Story 1&2 (which was lots of fun.) we went to a Halloween store looking for costumes.

We already have a Hannah Montana costume for Sophie that I ordered from Disney online. Katie has a black halloween shirt & orange halloween pj bottoms that we got for her last week at Old Navy.

Daniel wants to be a Ninja so we found him a black ninja costume. (no sword of course since I do not think Disney will let him in with that.) Dana & I thought the adult costumes were very expensive & after accessories they would have been over $100 each.

So we came home & went online & found a cool pirate costume for me & a George Washington one for Dana. I even got an online coupon so we saved a bunch.


Off to church.

Vicki-what are your Jan/Feb dates? I'll be at AKL 1/20 to 1/27 celebrating Emma's 7th birthday.

Our dates would be last week of Feb. or first week of Mar. At least that is what we are thinking now. We need to get our dates booked yet or bank our points by the end of this month.

Good morning, everyone! It is most definitely Fall here! It rained all night long, and is still raining now! The tops of our mountains are skiffed with snow, and it is COLD!!!!

I am staying in my jammies all day, as we have nowhere to go! I'm also going to try my hand at making a curried pumpkin-apple soup. It sounded good, and perfect for a cold day.

I'm loving Elin's TR!! It really makes me want to go! Oh well, I'll just have to live through y'all for a while.

Well, i am home and exhausted! Last night, I ended up going to a friends house and spent the night and we didnt get to sleep til 3! Of course, I couldnt rest at all today so now im in bed watching football, til the cowboys game starts....

Thanks! I completely forgot about the Spirit of Halloween store over by our Wal-Mart. I'll check there and then go with an on-line option, if necessary.
