I'm all checked in for the cruise!
Thanks, we have figured out that vanilla makes her attack worse. I got rid of everything vanilla (candles, etc) in the house.Another thing with migraines, is sometimes smells can set one off. I have had that problem for over 8 years now. That is very frustrating because I can't always anticipate if I am gonna stand by someone who has just smoked a cigarette or is wearing some very strong perfume. I hope you get some results.
What an amazing thing to be part of Deb.Aren't my painting skills amazing?
for Mary...it is so hard to see our kids like that..hope her meds kick in & she is feeling better soon.I took Mary to the doctor this afternoon to have her rash checked out. It's just gotten worse and worse, and Benedryl doesn't touch it! He looked at it, and said it was the worst case of eczema he's ever seen. He put Mary on Prednisone, so we're hoping that helps. I also have to slather her in Vaseline before bed, and put her in footie pj's so that it traps the vaseline, and the moisture in against her skin.
After she finishes the Prednisone, she has a steroid cream that will be applied for 2 weeks, and then off for 2 weeks. Hopefully, that will take care of it. She's is so much pain from the itching. A lot of areas on her tummy and chest are rubbed raw and have been bleeding. It's so sad! Luckily, her new jammies are really helping her feel better!
I'm going to Disney World next month!!!
Glynis, I hope Mary is better soon!
It's December! I go to Disney World the day after tomorrow.
I am still trying to decide what I thought of the HGTV thing. The warehouse is very cool! I don't think any of the other shows spent much time looking at the "behind the scenes" aspect of the decorations. Other parts of it just seemed to be a rehash of the material on the Samantha Brown show.

Just found it, Vicki!

If the direct link doesn't work, the video is on the ABC site on the Extreme Home Makeover page. Unfortunately, the one comment doesn't sound like a good situation for the family. I hope everything works out okay for them. I'm guessing they wouldn't have done the show if they were worried about problems so hopefully it's all nothing.
I have to install something in order to watch it, so it will have to wait.
I did see the comment last night, and it looks like it has been removed by this morning. I'm sure that they wouldn't have put themselves on tv if they were trying to hide their location.

Oh...it was removed??? I was wondering what comment everyone was talking about? What did they say?
Can you send it to me too please?PM sent
