Janet - I vote for the counter service deal, there are a few counter service restaurants where you can get a pretty decent meal, Cosmic Rays, The Pepper Market and the food courts at the values.

Tammi - We took Brandon to see G Force and he enjoyed it, I thought it was cute.

Elizabeth - have a great trip

This is the first day I've had to sleep in in weeks and I woke up with a killer headache, , hopefully the excedrin will kick in soon as I have a ton of housework that needs to be done.

Too bad I planned our trip to coincide with MagicMeets. It sounds like you all will have a fun time!

Today is going to be low key here. I need to go to the grocery and do some laundry. Hopefully I can get Nicholas and myself in for haircuts. I also need to wash out my gray. Then I need to think of something cheap but acceptable for the kids to get their dad for his bday. I wonder if I have anything around here that I can regift.

When she came in on Wednesday, my grandma conveniently "forgot" to make sure where we knew to go for dinner and conveniently only had gotten a table for 4 instead of 8.

Thursday, the girls and I spent the afternoon with her. We went and saw UP...very good movie. and we went to dinner over at grandparent's house (with Jim...who had informed me earlier in the day that he had quit his Taco Bell job...w/o talking to me)

Yesterday, mom went with my grandparents to a lunch (in which we were kind of invited....no thanks) and we had Josh over for the afternoon...and I had a tempermental water heater and another blonde moment involving the bathrooms. We were going to go play mini golf but the wind picked up right then....so we ended up at Dave & Busters....which was a blast. No one can make me laugh like the girls and my mom. Drinks were also 1/2 price so I drank me yearly allotment. And I believe I was getting hit on, until my 2 came up saying mom, mom...then he was like

Mom is with my Uncle and Lorraine today, so we are going to go bargain clothes shopping.

Terry - Do the badges and tickets need to be printed in color? My laptop is connected to my laser printer not my inkjet. I suppose I can go fire up the desktop to get them if necessary.

Cash, credit cards via Firstgiving.com, or PayPal are the methods of payment for the silent auction. For the minnie mart on Friday night they take cash. For the little extras, cash as well. At the different tables, not sure if they will take credit cards. I just plan to bring some extra cash for the little stuff I might pick up.

My personal preference would be in color. You will get a lanyard to put it in.

We're home from Santa's Village. We had a really nice day. The weather was beautiful and most importantly Colby got to do the one activity that he wanted to do this summer. Now I can check that off my to do list I'll try to upload some pictures later.
