I wonder how many more photo-ops we'll get with Alyssa in Minnie's chair before they start demolishing Toontown.

Hopefully they'll still have a free-standing Dumbo, too, since Noah is only going into his second milestone picture in November.

And, this seems like as good an opportunity as ever to tell you that we'll be looking for a 4th milestone photo spot soon. I'm 14 weeks pregnant!

This is the photo I used to "break the news" to many family members a couple days ago.

Good morning, DDA!

Well, after a long night of Sudafed induced wacky dreams and sleeplessness this is not perky morning. I took 4-hour Sudafed ad 8am and Noon yesterday, then went to bed at 11:00 and felt it's effects all night long. What is that about?!?! Guess I'll be pushing through this cold junk without the help of medication cause I'm not going through that again.

Trying again to make our garage sale happen this week so I guess that's what's on the plans for the day today. Maybe I can do the sit and sort part while others carry. Put the BILs to work bringing boxes up from the basement, right? (Well, one can hope...)

Yes. But if he brings out the harmonica again I can't guarantee he will stay that way. It has been pouring rain non-stop since Friday evening. Things are getting a little tense.

Stephanie - I am so glad you all have a terrific time!

I sent an e-mail to the Yachtsman general manager to tell him how much we enjoy dining there and let him know that we LOVE Ricardo. I got a nice reply back and he said he will share my letter with Ricardo and the staff. I love WDW.

Thank you Elizabeth, Heidi, and Janet!

No Elin, that doll just happened to be accessible for the impromptu photo op (I hadn't prompted Alyssa and Matty to stuff beach balls up their clothes). That's the only picture where Noah is holding the doll...he kept throwing it as far as he could!

Hopefully we'll find out the baby's gender at my 10/15 ultrasound. You know I'm a "cheater!"

Bernadette, Matty's spot is the bench with Roy and Minnie. I don't think I've ever noticed the shoe shine chair. We don't ride the train very often. Thanks for the idea!

Theresa, did you have a "vision" when you saw a frazzled mother at your grocery store?

that would be funny but no....all of these "visions" come when I am asleep. Though I did think of you and Kevin yesterday at the library...when I saw 5 under 8, what a glorious handful that would be.

I overdid it yesterday....so I am a ball of pain right now. Cassidy's "mom" voice didn't come on soon enough last night so we will head back to the mall sometime so that we can look for a different vest (she paid $40 for one yesterday...yes it's cute, but it's $40).

Welcome home Stephanie, glad you had a wonderful trip.

Bernadette - I'll be making this one without a pattern, it's going to be pretty simple, just a pleated skirt on a simple top. I'm sure you'll get Lizzy's done without any problems you've done some great projects already.

That boy likes to live dangerously OR push you buttons.....

We have had rain Friday night, yesterday and last night but is quite nice today. I'm in the office and they shut the AC off on the weekends so its a bit toasty here. I guess I should get the work done so I can leave....

I would rather use 100% cotton fabric than try to sew with knits. Like I said it is just a costume so I'm going to try not to get too stressed about it. Good luck on yours. I don't do well without patterns but since I've been using the PDF patterns I've been able to make changes and draft some of my own creations.

Holy Cow! Miss a week here, and you miss a ton!

Sounds like school is going well for all the DDA kids (except for Anne Marie's Katie! Yikes!!). I've loved the pictures of all the kids!!!

I can't believe how busy I've been this last week. The homework for the classes I'm taking is getting harder and harder. So, I have to spend more time on the books. Is that an indication of age???? I hope not!

We had a fun Labor Day! We spent the day floating down the Provo River, and then having a barbecue at a park afterwards. We all made it down the river without incident, and everyone had fun.

Since then, it's just been school and homework for us all. Bleah!
