It was touch and go there for a moment. This happened during warm ups, after I dropped him off. Alyssa and I then ran to Target, and it happened while we were gone. Evidently he was fine until I showed up. Then the tears started, and the "I can't bend it!" "It feels like my bone is popping out!" "I don't think I can play!" I'm such a horrible mom. I told him it wasn't an arm, a rib, a knee or an ankle. Tape it up and get through the game. He's been doing fine but he still says it won't bend. Oh well. His friend is over here and that is keeping him occupied. After speaking with the mom, when it's bedtime and all the 'fun' is over with, that's when he starts crying wanting to go home. He says he wants to stay, so we'll see how it goes. They just had some ice cream and are watching a movie now.
that is the way it goes...it's fine until mama knows about it. I would have so done the same thing.
