Hi, hope you are all doing well! I should have spent today cleaning. I did not.

I was pretty much a lazy bum today. I am dreading going back to work tomorrow.

So it looks like Lu may have been bitten by a spider. I was changing her shirt this afternoon and she has a huge welt on the middle of her back. I need to call her pediatrician tomorrow just to make sure there isn't anything we need to do other than keep it clean and make sure it doesn't spread.

Becky being lazy is my kind of day off

Riley & I just returned from watching the fireworks. The 1st 1/2 was done to the Wizard Of OZ & all I could think of was The Great Movie Ride lol Yea I am missing Disney.

I dropped Garrett off at a friends today, he will be gone for 2 weeks. They will be leaving tomorrow for Nebraska to stay with his friends grandparents. He wanted to go last year & I did not let him. It just worries me him going so far away(10 hours away to be exact). I know he will have fun though but
I miss him already I will really be clinging to Riley, he will probably get tired of me lol

Janet - I hope Garrett has a great time even though I know you miss him.

Robyn - Hope Lu's bite is better by morning. Rachel and Erin both used to get crazy big marks from spider bites. They were itchy, large and felt warm the first day or so, but went away quickly too.

Elizabeth - Hope your sandals work out. Sandals are the thing I have the hardest time finding good ones of.

Tammi - I love the scavenger hunt idea. That should be fun!

We've had a good weekend! My dad's friend and family didn't get to come over yesterday, but we still grilled and watched fireworks. We also looked at the pictures Dad took in Ukraine and heard all of the details of his trip. He also handed out the gifts he brought back - fans and scarves for all of the girls, Matryoshka dolls and bowls for the little girls and some toys for Connor. Each family also got a wall hanging of The Lord's Prayer in Russian.

Today I made enchiladas and we just kind of hung out for the day. Tomorrow starts Vacation Bible School and Terra is so excited about going. I'm excited too as it means I have 9am-12pm all to myself!! Woohoo! Tomorrow I think I'm just going to treat myself to breakfast somewhere with a good book (need to find one of those I guess) and then just hang out for a little while. Sometime this week I plan to get to the gym and sign up for the free 3 week trial. It's time to stop treading water and get back on the losing track again! I've got 7.5 months to reach my goal in time for our next trip!!!

I didn't want to get up this morning, but that's life. Hopefully the morning will fly by. Lots to do today, hopefully I can get everything done that I need to. Colby starts summer school tomorrow, it's only 1/2 hour a day, but it is right in the middle of the day.

Princess has swimming lessons this week and next week - 30 minutes each AM. Other than that we don't have much of anything going on. I am still on that antibiotic for my stupid stye - pharmacist said to stay out of the sun. I think that is about to become impossible. I will wear lots of sunscreen and hope for the best.

I do not take pictures of my food outside Disneyworld but this was just so good! We had this peanut soup at The King's Arm Tavern 18 years ago & it was just as good this trip. Yummy!
