Where are you getting pictures done again?

I just ordered some shorts from J. Jill. They were really the only shorts I liked on my May trip. They are a nice cotton/spandex blend. Just enough spandex to give them a nice finish. They were originally $55. I think the one pair I bought in April I got something like 10 or 15% off and free shipping. They are now on sale for 25% off and then sale items are an additional 25% off. I did end up paying about $35 with shipping but that is still better than the original price and they do fit me better than anything else.


Just thought I would add here's a link in case anyone else is interested. I ordered the women's rather than misses as I find they fit me better in the rise. But the misses are cheaper-about $26 before shipping.

How do they run, Bernadette? Large, small or true-to-size?

We got home from the E/R about an hour ago. They gave him a 1/2 bag of fluids, did a blood work-up and CT scan. Nothing. Gall bladder looks fine. Sent him home with a 2 wk prescription of Zanax. He had a piece of toast and now he is playing Wii. I'm trying to keep the fluids in him with ginger ale and jello but he doesn't want to eat or drink. At least he isn't complaining of stomach pain, and I have peace of mind.

Elizabeth - I like the green better too, especially with the AKL background. I think the pink would clash with all the fauna.

Did you mean Zantac? I don't think Xanax would help his tummy.

I saw some AKL pics where the people were in front of a big rust-colored rock, so the green would look MUCH better if we end up posing there.

Green is winning by a very wide margin.

DS was hoping for green. DH didn't really care, but the green shirt for him was on sale and the pink one wasn't, so I bet he was hoping for green, too.

I have a strange incident to tell you all. Today at work one of the employees was emptying the trash cans out back(we have pumps on both sides of our store). He came in & said that someone had thrown a rather large dead racoon in one of the trash cans. He went back out to empty the other two & guess what, there was a large dead racoon in each of them.

Still confused as heck why someone would do that! We called & had them picked up, I mean could you imagine the smell after a couple of days

No, they were wrapped inside of trash bags. Someone dumped them there.

When I worked retail somebody threw a dead deer in the dumpster behind the shopping center. No telling what goes on in people's minds.

Our fireworks are tomorrow night but you wouldn't know that from all the booms around the neighborhood!

Yeah, something like that. He is definitely feeling better. I got him to eat a few sips of broth and a few spoons of jello. Later us and several neighbors were outside setting off fireworks, so he was out running around a bit. When we came in he asked for a piece of jelly toast. It stayed in! It's sad how that excites me.
