Thanks, Elin! That sounds right. I had looked for it before our trip, but didn't see it in our store. I did, however, pick up the new book Mousejunkies. It's a travel guide and I had no intention of buying when I first heard of it, but then I looked at it. I'm sure there's little I don't know in there, but the writing is just plain funny. I was laughing in the store and decided maybe I needed to read it after all.

That's not one I have heard of! I will have to take a look for it too. Our library doesn't have the Hidden Magic book and I bet they won't have Mousejunkies either. peons...

I really need to get moving on ideas for ADRs! I can call or book online a week from Saturday and I really haven't given it much thought!

Debbie - are you and Richie interested in eating somewhere on the 3rd? Or are we just going to find a place to meet up?

It's more like a fan's guide to the parks type of travel book. Here's their site: http://www.mousejunkies.com/ The wife of one of the authors is on the MFL site and was talking about it before printing, which is the only reason I know about it.

The ramblings and brainstorming are almost my favorite parts of the process! So I say, ramble away...

Of course, that could be because I really need to get up and do some cleaning so I'd love a diversion. Kristi's best friend's husband is throwing said friend a surprise party at our pool on Saturday, thus the need for cleaning. He's offering to come help clean too, which is nice, but all chance to do that include either his 2 mess making kids or leaving said kids with just mom and Six Flags. Hmmm...maybe I'll just work on it.

For anyone who does laundry on their trip...we took those new Purex 3-in-1 laundry sheets to Branson with us and they worked really well. It was much more conventient, even driving, to just have a few sheets along instead of a bottle of detergent. You throw the sheet in the washer with the clothes and then just transfer it straight to the dryer. The cost isn't too bad when you compare load for load.

I was just watching CNN to see what the current story was. I know several news outlets are reporting it, but they aren't confirming it yet. Despite all of the health things he's been through, it's still a bit of a shock. I used to love him! Add to that Dad being saddened by Farrah Fawcett once he gets back to the states and finds out and it's been a crazy week.

I am really sad about Michael Jackson. I was never a big fan, so I am not sure what my deal is, but I am very sad.

I was a HUGE Charlie's Angels fan, but I am not nearly as sad at Farrah's passing as I am at his.

go to edit options....(left side)

scroll down and you will see forum skin....click to change

Or at the very bottom of the page, there should be a drop down menu that allows you to choose. (Or at least I could find it on DIS Unplugged)

I didn't just have a manilla folder on MJ, I had a whole box, not to mention a wall dedicated to him (with pictures that hung on a ribbon, so I could flip them back and forth). We couldn't afford many luxuries in the early 80's, but my mom saved her money and surprised me with a concert ticket to the Victory Tour with Michael and all his brothers. I still have my 12 page journal entry titled, "The Greatest Day of my Life!"

I feel pretty numb watching the media frenzy. I was very sad when Princess Diana and John F. Kennedy Jr. died.
