Hi, everyone! I'm back! I'm suffering post vacation exhaustion! I just can't seem to keep my eyes open today! I have a ton of laundry to do, but just can't get motivated!

Our trip was so wonderful! We had so many great things happen to us! I'm going to write up a trip report and I'll post it, if anyone's interested. I'm still charging the camera battery so I can upload pictures. That should happen tomorrow.

I don't have the stamina to go back a week's worth of posting. Anyone care to fill me in on the highlights?

Well now you HAVE to go since you made ADR's!

But I would really rather go 8/5 to 8/12-maybe Disney will come out with some good codes after 8/8-hate to give up Poly LVCL though.....

Bernadette, it would be a SHAME to let those ADRs go to waste. Really, you should keep working on DH. There must be something he would enjoy. Golf? Fishing? A tour? What does he enjoy doing? I am sure we can come up with something that would make him happy. Spa? Trail ride? If he doesn't even know which attractions are in which park then he can't possibly know what all there is to do. There MUST be things he would have fun doing.

DS would be MORE than happy to come swim with your kids at the Poly pool, and I would be more than happy to observe the kids swimming. I don't like to be IN the water, but I will watch. While enjoying a nice beverage. I also have a friend in the Hawaii concierge building. I could introduce you to him.

hmmmmm...maybe fishing....He hasn't done that since he was a kid but he's always saying he wants to take the kids. Did you go? Where?

I sent DH on a garden tour at Epcot and he enjoyed that. The next year I sent him to lunch with an Imagineer at Brown Derby with Dorinda's DH and he enjoyed the meal. Then I sent him on the little tour at Living with the Land with Lizzy and that was the bad trip and he HATED it. He did enjoy the Illuminations cruise on that trip but I don't know if he would want to do it again.

The only thing DH really likes is eating.

Swimming with your DS sounds fun!!! Maybe Aug would be warm enough for Lizzy to use the slide. Joe wouldn't try it at AKL but I did.

I had my hair done today. She did a razor cut then blond highlights. I like it and so does Chris. Colby said I look awesome. Nick said I look weird and Hunter said that I look old, as old as Martha Stewart Hunter does not do well with change, especially changes in my hair

Where are the photos? Colby is too cute! Poor Hunter.

Hi everyone-
its been a great day here and I just got home..I worked and then did report cards..went back to school for a 4th and 5th grade concert and it was great!!
I just got home and my little cousin is leaving for his new army station in 2 days--he asked if we could go to dinner tomorrow..i cant believe hes leaving--hes supposed to still be 5 years old! He just Imed me and asked me to dinner and said he loved me--i dont know the last time he said that

Bernadette, we did the fishing excursion from the Poly last year and we had a terrific time! All 3 of us caught fish - DS caught the most. Our guide was Carrie. We had a coupon from the Birnbaum guide for 20% off so it was $200 instead of $250 for two hours. We tipped the guide $50. They offer 3 times, I think. We did the earliest one - it left the dock about 7 AM. You can also fish from the banks at some of the resorts. I liked the charter because I didn't have to touch any bait or any fish.

I like eating. I wanted to add an ADR at Citrico's but DH doesn't want to. He wants counter service. I told him we are having counter service FOUR nights! That is PLENTY! Maybe I will go to Citrico's without him!

Good morning, DDA!!

Sorry to be so sporadic in posting. I've been reading along, just lots going on around here that has me in a not so "talkative" mood. Our schedule has slowed down a bit, but not enough yet!! Don't think it will, but I hold out hope!!!



Em's last day of school is tomorrow. She has breakfast with the Principal this morning for getting straight A's! I am so proud of her. Our camping trip was a lot of fun, despite a miserable beginning and end to the weekend. Lu's birthday is fast approaching. I have yet to plan any further than the date and time for her party. She just got a new pair of glasses that are so much cuter than the 1st pair. She is doing such a great job keeping them on too.
