Well we bought a bed... We were at Pottery Barn & they had a floor model sleigh bed orginally $1699. The floor model was for sale $650 so we decided to get it & we had a 10% off coupon. The bed ended up being less than the $650 as posted so our total with tax was $535!!!

So my house is starting to look less like a warehouse & more like a home.

Elin, yes, I did both of those things yesterday. Plus a virus scan, a diagnostic of the audio through the Microsoft website, and a lot of poking around in the control panel. Nothing comes up.

It could be the speakers are going bad. Are they built into the monitor, or are they removable? Do you have another set of speakers in the house you could attach to the computer to see if they have the same problem.

Also a cell phone, wireless phone, or even wireless network can cause interference in speakers.

Good luck figuring out the issue.

That bed sounds awesome. I must say that since Guenna has been working at Pottery Barn and now at Pottery Barn Kids, she has gotten some fantastic deals on furniture and other things she has gotten for the house. They have some really nice looking things.

Elin - your day sounds delightful, but unfortunately I can't get the slideshow to open. How was their viognier?

Have you been to the F'burg Pub, behind the mall, yet? We went to day and it was quite lovely. I'm sure it's good competition for the CAH. I had a flight of wine, 3 2oz samples, with my meal. I didn't realize they also had a sampler of beers, 4 5oz for $6.50, or I would have gotten that. They have happy hour Mon-Thurs, 4-7.

Hi everyone! Thanks for asking about me, Heidi! I'm here, just busy. After my grandpa died, my sister and her twins were here for about 10 days, now my grandma from MN is here for 2 weeks. I'm busy with work, Stephanie's swim team and being Kaelyn's personal taxi.
