Not sure why the same thing posted again.

Well, we got some decent pictures. That's saying a lot as Kayling was NOT in a picture taking mood. We finally found a few decent tricks to help. I'll try to scan some in tomorrow after we pick them up.

After pictures we took the kids to Chick Fil A to play and eat. Now Terra's playing some Webkinz and I'm just vegging out at the computer. Nothing like some quiet down time. ahhhh....

Tomorrow is MOPS and, I think, The Magic House. Terra's been a little nuts today and I told her that things needed to calm down before we would go tomorrow. That place is crazy enough without her being out of sorts as well. Plus, I want to keep an eye on her temperature. Her forehead didn't feel that warm, but her hands were burning up earlier (something they do when she has a fever). Combine that with being out of sorts today and I'm afraid she might be coming down with something. I guess we'll see what tomorrow morning brings.

For now though, I think I'm ready for bed. At the very least a book and my bed. Night all....

Good morning. :)

I'm glad most are feeling better, except for Elizabeth's DS. He seems to be the latest victim. :wizard:

Janet - I hope there is good news today. :wizard:

Good morning.

Back on WW's. I have not been watching what I eat (well I do watch it as it goes in my mouth!:lmao:) I have let my issues with the move & other things get the better of me.

Anyway I am back on track. No loss to report yet, I am back to square one (my weight in Jan) so that is frustrating but that is my motivation to stay on plan so I am not looking back 3 more month from now saying the same thing.

Good morning...

Had my WW's meeting last night and I was down 3.8lbs this week. I have hit the 180's and a total of 36lbs lost. That has done a lot of for my mood!

Emma has a field trip today to the Baltimore Museum of Industry. They will be learning about life in an oyster cannery, should be interesting!

Tonight is Scouts, which is going to be crazy busy. I received a phone call from the pastor of the church where we meet. He was telling me that the teachers have been complaining that we are leaving the classrooms a mess, 1) We use 1 classroom and 2) we are meticulous about cleaning up after ourselves. A few weeks ago, the teacher whose classroom we use came in and was not pleased we were there. I knew it was coming but I am still upset that we get the bad rap. The pastor, who creeps me out by the way, was very nice about it and has offered to move us to the church side. I get that he is in the middle and that's not a place anyone wants to be, so instead of arguing with him I just politely said we would move where ever we need too. So along with getting relocated we have 4 activities that I need to fit in tonight, which will be interesting trying to keep them moving fast enough for.

Good morning, DDA! :sunny:

It is NOT sunny here... AGAIN! It has been so gloomy for so long you would think we had garnered plenty of precipitation! But, no... we are down 5 inches already for the year. Come on Mother Nature. If you are going to give us clouds, at least put some rain in them!

Hunter is actually 100% caught up as of tonight. He came home from school and hit the books and got everything done :cool1: He did not go to Lacrosse tonight as I wanted to make sure his priorities are in the right order.

Hunter will have his current teacher for this year and next year. He doesn't think it is the teacher that is issue and he definitely prefers the one he has over the other option, he has her for one class and that is usually his most difficult class, no matter what subject she is teaching.

I was an emotional mess with tummy troubles in 5th grade too, my Dad reminded me of that tonight. He said Hunter is just following in Mommy's footsteps. For Nick it was 3rd grade. He seems better tonight, but we've given him (all of them) loads of attention.

I think that maybe it's that in 5th grade, the teachers really start pushing the work in preparation for jr. high and high school.

Morning, everyone!

Robyn - Congrats on the weight loss! You are doing so well! Keep it up!

Anne Marie - Good luck as you start WW again! I know you can do it!

Janet - Keeping everything crossed for Gary. I hope you hear soon!

Elin - I'm sorry that you have clouds and no rain. You could have snow, though, so be grateful for that! Actually, we had a blizzard yesterday morning, and then by afternoon it was sunny and warm. Spring in Utah. We actually call it Sprinter.

Becky - I hope all goes well with your dad's staple removal today. I hope they can get his blood pressure normalized!

Elizabeth - Pixie dust for your son! Let's hope he can kick this illness soon!

We are all well here, except for Alan who is down with a nasty cold! Other than that, though, we are fine!

Could I ask for prayers for my dad? He is on a tour to Paris right now. He sets these tours up with people who come to his festival each year. I got a call from him yesterday, and he told me that one of the tour people died in Paris of a massive heart attack. Dad had to deal with tons of red tape to get her body shipped back to the states, and with mom's death so recent, he's just not in any shape to handle anything like this! I wish I could be with him, but since I can't I'm asking for prayers!

Glynis - such a sad thing for your Dad to have to deal with. And a very sad ending to a happy occasion for the family involved too.
