DDA Chapter 20

Its been a good weekend here in Jersey! We had HOT weather (it was 93 yesterday, 94 today). I layed out by the (closed) pool on Saturday for a bit. Today we went to a fundraiser for the firehouse and made some cupcakes for my brother and the guys he was working with tonight..now im being lazy and relaxing because im exhausted!! Onto another week of work

On the bright side, i did a mile on the eliptical yesterday and another mile today!

Bernadette - Packing is good.
I can't pack yet, but I did section off the closet. My 30 or so WDW shirts are in their own little area. The shirts I will wear the rest of the summer are in another section.
I need to go through DS's closet at some point. I think the majority of his shorts from last year will still fit. He has been wearing shorts the past several days and they are fine. I have bought about 20 new shirts for him (the next size up) but most of his old ones still seem to be OK. Maybe he will grow during May-June-July. Either way I think we are set.
I did laundry all day today. And filed the crap from the top of the desk. And cleaned out the file folders. But now there is a HUGE pile of stuff that needs to be shredded.

Chris, Hunter and I just watched the Amazing Race. It used to be date night for Chris and I, but now Hunter enjoys watching it with us. We couldn't believe that some people didn't know how to swim. There is always a swimming challenge, every single year. I really think that after we get our passports we will have to apply for the show. There is nothing on there that we couldn't do. The travel/language barrier would be the toughest for us.

I also dug out shorts and shirts for the boys to wear tomorrow. We are supposed to be unseasonally warm the next two days, then back to the normal cold temps after that. I cannot completely change wardrobes around yet, heck I wouldn't be suprised if we get more snow before all is said and done.

Deb - the kids and I watch the Amazing Race too. I was so happy for Cara and the other when the came in first. They wanted it so badly, and deserved it. Then they had to go and continue it!!!!!
