Sorry, didn't mean to "post & run" like that...our realtor, the one selling our house wants her money & she wants it now. We told the agent that we want to close at the end of June so the kids can finish school. The potential buyers are cool with that. So, we get the paperwork today that the closing date is May 30th! So we call our realtor back & she gives us this speach that it is in our best interest among other things. She also wanted to push the inspection to Sunday morning which is not doable for us. So when I tell her next friday would be good (we need time to move things from the attic for the inspector to get in there) she flips & was rather rude. Um, if the close is not til the end of June why does the inspection HAVE to be Sunday? Um, cause she wants to move the closing up so she can get another mercedes. She has been very pushy on many things & I am at the point where just can't take it anymore.

I just wanted to say that you are all very sweet to be asking about me & I appreciate all your thoughts. Chanon even called me to make sure I was ok. All your friendship means alot to me.

I'm sorry this is all so stressful for you. Stand your ground and don't let her railroad you!

We are packing up and getting ready to hit the road in the next hour. Just stopped to say hi. We'll have our laptops so I'll be checking in every once in a while. I'm quite excited. I didn't get anywhere near the work done that I was supposed to so I'll have to do some while I'm down there. Take care.

Hi everyone, I'm home. DAMN IT!!!
Had a great time, didn't want to come home. I don't do trip reports, but will give ya some highlights.

We decided to get up at 2:00 am the 19th cause we had gotten 2" of snow and sleet the night before and we didn't know how the roads would be. No trouble at Allentown, but had a delay at Philly. They were checking the plane and there was a problem with the one engine, so we had to take a different plane to Orlando.

ME fine, got luggage in about 2 hrs. Got to resort to check in, John asked how much to upgrade to a king room. She checked to see if there was a king available, and they upgraded us for free! (building 1 room 1332 corner room, lake view.)

Got to room and there was a large towel Mickey Head on the bed. ºOº For an 8 day stay we got 7 towel animals. 2 swans, 2 chicks, a puppy, a lobster and a baby bunny. The room was very clean and stayed that way the entire time.

For the 1st time ever, I can say the buses for POFQ stunk (big time).

Weather was cool most days, but nice. Parks were crowded but manageable (we won't do peak season ever again)
John did Soarin (60 minute wait), we rode everything we wanted and did the parks several times.

Dole whip - good but a little to rich. (after my Dole whip a bird pooped on me ) CP lunch 4 thumbs up.
Called for an ADR for Boatwrights for one night, couldn't get in until 8:30 so we walked over got got seated immediately. I decided not to do the carriage ride.

home Heidi! So glad you had a nice trip. Sorry about the buses and bird.

Conferences are over!! out of 23 kids, i only had 2 no shows, so i thought that was pretty good. I have actually not had one major complaint--many families told me they were very impressed with me (it was nice to hear, i wasnt expecting it!) I have a few kids that may stay back, but i think the parents were expecting at as they can see there is no improvement, even from me working with them, basics skills ,etc...but im SO glad they are over!


Anne Marie-please check in when you can..im worried about you!

Too many people around me have the stomach bug. I have been exposed to it. I just hope I do not get sick. I have a trip to go on.

Tomorrow I plan on printing all my paperwork and packing.

Morning. We have bowling in a little bit. I'm hoping to get a nap in this afternoon as I need to be at work at 3:45. I am NOT working tomorrow. I could go into the pool for a few hours, but I need the day to recharge. I got my waitress schedule for next week and he gave me 4 shifts Luckily I was able to give one of them away. Why is it that for months I've only gotten 2 or 3 shifts per week, but when I start working another job he gives me more shifts I'm sure in a few weeks I will have adjusted and 4 nights won't be a big deal, but right now I need to adjust.

They are coming back from a trip to Disneyworld. A trip that I know they paid for Jim's siblings and their kids to go on. A trip they promised my kids they would take them on.


and Jim, instead of telling them "Gosh, you are calling a 7:30 the morning of to tell us to drive an hour away for the possibility of "sighting" you, we can't do that not enough notice" he said "We can't, Cassidy has a performance"


so goes my hope for a decent weekend.
