Oh AmyAnne-Marie, congratulations!![]()
Glynis, I hope you feel better ASAP!![]()
Marci, as miserable as sinus issues are, I still hope that's what your lymph node issue is related to, rather than anything else you saw when you were Googling!
I hope everyone is having a good day!
Guess what?
Noah has another double ear infection (along with pink, gooey eyes) and Matthew's left ear is still infected.![]()
I will be commiserating with the Omnicef blow-outs in a few hours, Jen. Since Omnicef failed to help Matty, he's now on Primsol.
What did I say to you yesterday, Theresa? ROARRRR!![]()
Morning, everyone! Whatever stomach bug Alan brought home on Sunday, has been passed along to me. I just feel all over icky and blah! Timothy and I had to run some errands this morning, but we're home now, and back in jammies. I'm going to curl up in bed with him this afternoon and see if we can get a good long nap in.
Well, I'm feeling a bit more human today, so off to run some errands. I can't run too many errands, though, as Ally racked up a $300+ dollar vet bill this morning for just her annual visit.I do love her vet, but man, I wish he wasn't so pricey. Now to save up for the dental cleaning she needs next month.

Catch ya later!
wow only 6 pages from monday night till 2pm CST
Eh... we're ok. Avery is at the point in the progression of illness where Elise got really sick. Assuming hers doesn't settle into pneumonia, we're in uncharted territory as far as where she'll go from here. Hopefully yesterday was the worst day and she'll be on the mend from here. Elise is feeling much better - playful, no fevers (except low-grade here and there), etc. She's still not eating (amazing for her!), still sleeping a lot and still coughing a ton (obviously). The coughing we can handle, but I hope she's back to herself soon otherwise. I have been sick as well, trying to figure out bronchitis vs. pertussis (we hope we've ruled that out), etc.... but I'm a mama, so what can I do about it?
Elise and I have been raising the stock prices of albuterol, but at least there has been some improvement (for her) for the most part.
Kyle was on call the last 2 nights (don't ask how that happeend), so after being home 8.5 hours in 65, he'll be home at noon to start his (17 day long!) vacation. I can't decide if that's great, in that he's totally helpful, or awful because he destroys my house and throws off our schedule!
I'm sure you didn't intend a response that long, sorry! We're hanging in there, continuing to countdown the days until our trip (8!) but praying that we are well enough soon to actually get excited about it. Don't tell Elizabeth, but our packing has been at a standstill since about 16 days out.

Jen,
will apreciate what I'm about to say.
"I HATE JACHO"
yes I meant all caps
They showed up yesterday for a surprise visit at our hospital. They will be their till Fri
Oooh fun!: I hated JCAHO until I had to deal with CMS (Medicare/Medicaid audits) .... still, it's never fun to have any of them around!
I hope they leave as quickly as they came! Are they doing a focused visit, or is it just time for an unannounced thorough visit? Good luck to your facility!

I mean it's not in response to a sentinel event, where they'd only be in one part of the hospital. It sounds like it's the real thing... boo. I hope the next few days pass quickly! Just know your resources, you don't have to know everything - just how to find it all out!![]()
So I took off me "interview" dress after last week's interview and put it in the laundry pile and it has disappeared![]()
Help me figure out what to wear for tomorrow's interview:
I have the other black and white dress or a skirt and blouse (probably the green one I wore to the Av's game). Or the friend I went to lunch with today said my yellow sweater with the skirt I bought with it (black with white cut out holes along the bottom).
Without pics, please help![]()
