Yak and Yeti- but may just do counter service
I will probably eat at one of the places in Japan, not sure which though or anywhere in World Showcase or Coral Reef
Kona

Not sure what I want to do at Magic Kingdom

The only one out of these that I have eaten at is Kona for dinner. I have enjoyed it both times!

Ok I need to go start my truck so it can warm up before I head out. I have to make a quick stop at Walgreens before I get Garrett.

Puck's express or sit down??
I am already doing the special Princess breakfast so that is my character meal for the trip

Kona is on my possible list

I have been here a few times and despite having waited a long time every time to be seated have enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

We've never done Express. We like the downstairs part of the Cafe.

Kona is really good. We go there on every trip!

We have had to wait a long time at Coral Reef once - the other times they have gotten us in pretty quickly.

I really need to get caught up on the thread but am just too tired to do so. Chuck & I had a great Valentine's Day. He bought me some perfume and a card. He hid them in my underwear drawer. We just hung out the two of us. I intentionally didn't get on line until later tonight so that I'd concentrate on him. Tomorrow we are heading to his mom's to make some more Italian Sausage soup for her. We'll freeze it for her when we get it done.

The last week and a half have totally messed with my training for the half marathon. I haven't done any exercise since Monday the 2nd. I ended up spending 12-16 hours every day in the Emergency Coordination Center fighting the computer virus at work. We finally got it under control after cleaning 1200 machines and reimaging 350+. It was a major coordination effort.

Though, I would never wish to go through a virus outbreak, it did come at a good time. I ended up sitting in a room for 6 days with the higher ups. They definitely know what I'm capable of when it comes to coordination and organization. The job that I'm currently acting in has finally been posted and my application, resume and cover letter were submitted last Friday. I know my boss wants me to get the position but it requires a second interview with his boss. Well, guess who was sitting in the room with me for all that time? Yep, his boss.

sounds like a hectic but promising week, Vicki... don't worry about your training right now. You will be fine.

We also like Coral Reef, although it gets bashed on the boards. We've been about 4 times and always enjoyed it.

We had a spectacular lunch there in December!

We found CA Grill to be "just" OK but maybe now that Chef Brian Piasecki is there it will have improved.

Bob and I both REALLY enjoyed Raglan Road.

With the cutbacks in our finances and all the money I've beenspending on dental work, (that isn't finished yet) we had agreed that we wouldn't be exchanging gifts for Valentines, well I came home to find roses and a card on the table Friday, , every once in a while DH does good.

We took Brandon to see Coraline yesterday, we really weren't that impressed, Brandon said it wasn't very good, but he is more of an action movie fan. And after Philharmagic it's hard to impress us with 3D.

After the movie we went out for Mexican, Brandon's favorite.

I have to work today and then I'll be off for the week.

It was wonderful, as usual, although our service wasn't excellent. It usually is, so it's not like we won't be back

I just realized something... the WDW bride on the Fantasy Wedding has a report on it on the DIS, I think. I had heard about it but didn't make the connection until now.

Is it the one that had her wedding IN the MK? I read that, and it was gorgeous. But, true to form, the DIS folks freaked out and accused her of making it all up, photoshopping pictures, etc

Please ignore the crumbs... Kristin was cleaning the kitchen and I got to the countertops before she did!

Wow, that is GORGEOUS! I love wine, and I love ice cream, but I can't make that sound good in my head! Maybe I'll have to try it on your word some day!

I also got this today:

along with chocolate covered cherries and chocolate covered strawberries.

How sweet! Your gift was perfect, too! I got nothin', but then I'm not surprised.



You all went nuts last night! Kyle is on call today, but only 1 of 2 nights during this very breezy 2 weeks, so I can't complain.
