And the winner for the e-mail stating the most OBVIOUS information is...

DISD students will have to make up the ice day from last week on April 10! Really? Would that be because that day is the designated make-up day for bad weather closure? :rolleyes2

Amy glad Alyssa is starting to feel better!

Deb I hope working today does not make you feel worse :grouphug:

Theresa how is Pearl feeling, still on antibiotics?

pixiedust: for all that got a lot of snow, stay safe & warm!

Pearl was extremely whiny yesterday and is still on antibiotics....she is definitely not thrilled with her new wet food but eats it. I am hoping that with vigilance she will not become diabetic. Now to remember to wipe her tushy daily. :crazy2:

gotta love the fact that you KNOW somebody will still say "But I didn't know they would have to go to school today":snooty:

It is Good Friday, so there will be people who take their kids out for the day anyway. :confused3

So the grout guy is here, almost an HOUR late. And his steamer takes 15 minutes to pre-heat. I am going to be stuck here until it is time to go get Princess. :headache: Stupid grout guy.

We were practicing this morning :teeth: ...

(Is "Infant" the smallest size hat? Do any of them run differently? My girls must have oddly shaped heads or something, because those suckers weren't staying on! :rotfl:)

And, this is why Noah wore his ears for about 5 minutes and we had to constantly readjust them during our little photo session on Main Street! :goodvibes

Infant is the smallest size and that's the size that Alyssa still wears! I think it runs: infant, junior, adult. We had to replace Alyssa's ears since she threw up on her original pair during the "car sick an hour before we got to WDW" incident and I bought her another pair of the infant size, because the next size up is still way too big for her.

ETA: And, I hate the new embroidering machines (talk about taking the magic out of the Main Street vibe) and the fact it's an extra $3 to put names on now.

pixiedust: That Pearl does not become diabetic!

Blue started wheezing again yesterday. I gave her more predizone as prescribed by the vet. So far today she is doing good. I think this is going to be ongoing with her requiring medication.

Jennifer - those girls are too adorable for words! I love them in their hats, but I'm sure they won't wear them for long. too bad, cuz they are so sweet in them!

Amy - I'm glad Alyssa is feeling better. Next time she criticizes your pancakes, tell her that she doesn't get any. Leslie used to criticize my cooking all the time. Then she read "Pinkalicious", and when anyone starts to say something negative, she spouts, "You get what you get, and you don't get upset." I love it!

Tammi - Good luck at the dr. I went for my 6 week check up in January, and was told that I don't need to go in for another appointment (other than a mammogram) for 18 months. Woohoo!

Hey Theresa - How about this heat wave we're having??? I could definitely get used to this!

Things here are looking up. Mary was feeling so much better this morning. She's at school, with no ear pain! Got to love the pink medicine! Timothy is also doing much better. Late yesterday afternoon, he had 2 massive diaper blowouts, and has been much happier since. He slept pretty well last night, too. He was out by 9:30, woke up at midnight, slept until 2:00, ate, then slept until 6:00, ate and slept until 8:30. I'm feeling much happier today!

Nothing much on the schedule for today until 5:30 tonight. We have parent/teacher conferences today, so I'll take all the kids and let them look around the book fair while I talk to the teachers. They are all thrilled to do that, as there are several books they each want. We'll see about that!

Poor Blue. I am guessing she also has a long term condition:grouphug: .

Jennifer-those pictures are just so cute:goodvibes . I have always wondered who hatmakers make hats for, it's definitely not for my or my girl's heads. :snooty:

Jennifer - those girls of yours are just too adorable! I love how the second one is almost a mirror image of each other.

Glynis - I'm glad things are looking up in your household!

I'm off to get invaded!

Jennifer - Cute pics!

Not that DS is a good example because he is so tiny, but on our first trip he got a pair of ears (he was 8). He liked them because they had the chin strap, but I noticed the strap was kind of digging into him. I finally looked at the tag one night and I realized it said "Infant"! :rotfl2: They let him swap for a bigger pair, but he was sad not to have the strap anymore.

Jennifer those pictures are just to sweet!

Glynis glad to hear that Mary & Timothy are feeling better!

I figured as much. They are huge, and my first thought was that they would fit a toddler. I don't have that kind of ears (only the headband kind) because they never fir me right either.... I wonder if the Junior ones would?

Thanks, everyone! A good friend of mine brought those back for the girls in December and I never did get around to putting them on. I hadn't seen that style before (not that a) I'd looked at infant hats and b) I've been in ages ) and thought they were adorable!

I'm a little bummed about my limited choices for the girls' wardrobe this trip. We have Tink & Minnie costumes that I don't think will fit, but we'll bring anyway. We have 2 tee shirts that are 12 months that will probably be worn with leggings because they're like dresses. We have a few random things from Disneyshopping.com that I bought last summer and I sitill have to dig out, but I guarantee they won't fit even remotely close enough to be worn until summer. That's fine, since I'm sure my children will be seen in Disney clothes other places than Disney ;)... but I want Disney stuff for DISNEY, too! :snooty:

Disney shopping and TDS don't have jack for infants, and haven't for the last several months. I picked up a few cute dresses at Sam's of all places, that are cheaply made but should hold up for our trip at least. Other than that, I've got nothin'. Zazzle was my favorite option, but I can't justify paying $15 for each shirt we'd want x 2 girls.

Boo!

At least they'll be the cutest dressed kiddos in Crystal Palace when they wear the Pooh outfits from Deb! :goodvibes:
