Thanks, Robyn!!! (I'm hoping the font color you used is off though.)
And thanks, Deb!!
Umm, I can't say I'm enjoying pregnancy as of yet, but I have a prescription for an anti-nausea drug that I'm hoping will take the edge off. I have no energy, either, and my skin has gone haywire! About the only thing I like so far is how strong and long my nails are.I'm hoping things vastly improve over the next few weeks, though.
I think it's just now really starting to sink in. Seeing photographic evidence of it is so flooring!
The timing is ironic - we are just so thankful Jonathan still has his job after last month! My problem is now going to be finding something to do on an interim basis, because I do have plans to stay home for at least the first few years. Ethically, I can't see putting myself out there for a job that I would only be in 6 months or so. I have been thankful I haven't had to drag myself to work every morning with the way I've been feeling, though!
I spent 2 years of my life being physically ill due to pregnancy and no nausea meds were available for the first 2 pregnancies. I can tell you that those meds are truly a gift from God. If one med doesn't work, keep asking because there are a few to try.
