DDA Chapter 17

When do you need it? Which reminds me, how do I get one?! :rotfl:

We're AAA members for the first time ever, only out of necessity when stuck downtown once and needing a tow....

Chanon? Anyone?

You have to book a AAA WDW package through them to receive one.

You don't have to book an entire package, but you do need to purchase at least a ticket through them. Apparently some AAA offices will include while others won't. I always ask before I purchase the tickets :thumbsup2

Our local AAA office requires a complete package booked, unfortunately.

A third camera? you can only use one at a time right?

DH has been pestering me to let him buy a third dSLR, but I am standing firm. Today he announced he will sell his hunting rifles to pay for the camera. OK, now we are getting somewhere! :thumbsup2 He hasn't been hunting in a couple of years. The last time he had a hunting license it expired without him going out a single time. When he DID go out hunting in the past he never did shoot anything, so it seems very silly to hang on to the rifles.

Elizabeth I had thought of that, I'm just mad that they want so much for such a little thing. And they wonder why so many people use email instead of mailing a letter/card.

Ahh, I see. That stinks! You obviously can't book DVC through them, so I guess I could/should have done my airfare? We weren't members when I did that. Maybe it's transferable....? Probably not :(

They don't book DVC, and our local office won't book AP rates for us, either.

We were told we had to book the entire package. Our office doesn't have the parking passes - the passes are kept at whatever place the documents originate from, so getting one without a package isn't an option.

Theoretically.
Did I tell you guys the battery he bought DOESN'T FIT any of the cameras he currently owns? I learned about that reading his posts on the photo forum! But if he can get enough from selling the rifles to cover the cost of the camera then that's absolutely fine. He will NOT be getting another bag though, so he better figure out how to carry whatever in the bag he already has!

I know that the Inauguration date can't be changed, but how fitting would it be to have this Inauguration on MLK holiday, talk about a "Dream Come True"
Absolutely :) :goodvibes

There's a review of the American Idol soft opening on Deb's site. Sounds interesting. Unfortunately it doesn't go into how the 'contestants' are chosen or what they get after they win. Remember how you could win actual prizes on Millionaire?
Yes, I saw a lot of people with the pin lanyard! Not me of course...:rotfl:

We are about halfway through dismantling Christmas. DH and DS just left to go get some bins out of the storage unit for the decorations (all of the stuff that isn't ornaments) and the box the tree goes in. I am sure our neighbors will appreciate the fact that my wreath is gone. I have a Valentine wreath thing - guess I should go look for it.

We still have to take the Xmas stuff down. Although we did take some down today.

What DSLR does he want now? I am glad to see he is willing to part with something in order to get it.

I managed to get our computers back into a network. I lost our home network when the desktop crashed from the facebook virus and I just haven't taken the time to set it up again. One more little job done.

I have the hiccups and can not get rid of them.

I am glad I do not have to go back to work until Tuesday.

Eating a spoonful of sugar usually does the trick for me :thumbsup2

So how is everyone doing on their diets? There was lots of chatter in the beginning, but not so much now. I'm hoping that everyone is sticking to it and having great success. Chris and I are staying on track. Chris has lost 11 lbs and me just 3, but that is 3 less than I started with :cool1:
