Thank you, and thank all of you for being my rock when I go through times like these.

Yes, that is a Barbie Townhouse knock-off. I bought it from a co-worker for $80. They go from anywere between 130-200. He got it for his daughter last year and she never played with it. It's in pristine condition, and he gave me all the furniture that came with it.

Merry Christmas to you all, and thank you for being part of my life.

what a great deal.

Merry Christmas everyone! Bob and I are home from church service and in our pjs and settling down to watch National Treasure. We are breaking into our cat's stockings to get their new collars off the tags for them - and make it easier for us tomorrow. :teeth:

Tammi - your living room is perfect. I'm sure both of them will love it in the morning. Are your stockings filled? My mother ALWAYS had an orange in the toe for us.
Thank you. Yes, our stockings are filled. No oranges though. More little gadget and gizmo type stuff. Santa even left me some presents, too. ;)

Thank you, and thank all of you for being my rock when I go through times like these.

Merry Christmas to you all, and thank you for being part of my life.

I want to ditto this..you guys are all great friends and I appreciate you all!

It is pouring here. At least it is 50 something degrees so I will not wake up to freezing rain again. Although I would have loved a white Christmas.

Being sick brings out the night owl in me. I guess it does not help I slept from 3:30 to about 7:30 pm. I need to sleep as tomorrow will be a busy day. For now I will lie in bed watching TV shows online.

Tammi- I hope everyone at your house is feeling much better tomorrow. I sorry that XDH, does not understand that his sick daughter wants to stay home with you instead of going to his place. :wizard: and :grouphug: for all of you to get through it.

:wizard:  to everyone else who is sick or in need of it.

I am so spoiled by pictures in Facebook as they can be labeled with names to people. I have been looking at some other photo albums and keep expecting to be able to confirm or deny the name of the person.

Merry Christmas!

Hope everyone has a good day!

'Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house, Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse!

Except for ME!
Of course I had to take a nap this afternoon. I was feeling a little bit under the weather. I hope I don't get what Leighanna had. So I got to make a couple of things for breakfast tomorrow, and play Santa!
The tree with all the loot!

It doesn't look like much, but it is pretty jam packed under the tree.

Leighanna was so excited tonight. She can't wait for tomorrow morning.

I better get to bed, in case she wakes up in a couple of hours. I know I did when I was her age!;)

Everyone have a Merry Christmas. I am thankful for each and everyone of you!
Thanks too for all the Christmas cards! I loved them all. I am hoping to get New year ones out! I just felt really rushed this year and couldn't get everything done!

Merry Christmas DDA. You are all so special to me. Happy Hannauaka!!

Enjoy this season.:santa: :santa:

well I just got a phone call from work. We have 14 nurses scheduled tomorrow and they are only using 8 tonight. We draw names to see who stays home on Major holidays. Well I was #7 on the list. The phone call was to tell me that I was #4 home on call. 3 other people turned her down. she will probably put 2 others on call in the morning as well. Olivia was so excited. That I was staying home in the morning.

What a terrific surprise! Enjoy your Christmas at home! :goodvibes

Tom - Is that a Jingle Bell Rock Santa I see? We have the very same one! When DS was about 3 he LOVED to see those at the mall. He would jump out of the stroller, position himself "just so" and dance along. Little old ladies would stop to watch him. :rotfl2: Of course I had to buy one. It is still one of his favorite decorations. :)

It is way too early to be up, but it was so hot in our room I felt like I was being roasted alive. The stupid yo-yo weather makes it impossible to regulate the temps inside. So I am up. I got a book at the library so I told DH I will read my book until DS wakes up!

Merry Christmas!

:scared1: :scared1: Oh No:scared1: :scared1: I'd say to give Bob a big hug from all of us for helping you, but maybe you should give it to him in a day or two :rolleyes1

Channon when can you go look? I hope you find it. :wizard:

Jennifer did you send Denise an invite to the DDA list?

I don't have her email! :( I'll send a PM with a link to request, although I'm sure on Christmas it will take a while for us to both do what is necessary. Better late than never, though!

Deb - glad the bike arrived!!!!

Becky - I'm glad that you are finally feeling better.

I'm doing okay. No other episodes, and I've been sipping on water and ate a banana. Nicholas seems to be much better, but poor Alyssa can't shake it. Everytime she eats something she throws up. I think her poor little body is so weak from no nutrition. Plus I've got the blues about them leaving tomorrow afternoon. They don't want to go. Alyssa called her father and asked if she could stay home until Friday, then go to his house. Of course his answer was no, bribing her with presents, yada yada yada. Then she gets mad and hangs up on him. I thought that was great! I'll have to remember to ask him how it feels to get hung up on by a 6 yr. old. I feel so bad for them. I wonder at what age the courts take into account the wishes of the child? Well, enough of my drama. I don't mean to be a downer. I'm just passing time waiting for the kids to get to sleep.

Merry Christmas.

My brother just called. He is setting up his webcam. He will call me back shortly once it is done installing. Then we'll have a live chat. I can't wait to see Billy, my nephew. :lovestruc

How exciting!

I just found out we're all getting on skype with webcams today, with my family in Minnesota... and the ones in Saudi Arabia! :yay: Sometimes technology is frustrating, but I wouldn't trade it for anything!

What a terrific surprise! Enjoy your Christmas at home! :goodvibes

Yes it is!
She loves that Santa. We bring it out every year. I remember when she was just starting to walk and she would giggle and dance to it. It was so funny to see her shaking her little tushie!
It is not Christmas in our house without our Jingle Bell Rock Santa!

Santa arrived at our house :cool1: :cool1: It must have been touch and go as kids had trouble sleeping and the winds were horrible. I thought the windows would blow at a few times. I usually don't wake for outside noises like wind, but this sounded like pounding at times. Of course there would be a lull when I would fall asleep then bam, more wind. It woke Chris up a few times too.

The kids were so happy to see their Santa gifts and overflowing stockings. And what do they play with first? The cheap little mind puzzles from Oriental Trading :confused3 Nick liked the $2 bikini clad girls calander more than the $80 lego set that he just HAD to have ;) Hunter saw his big stuffed Santa Pooh bear and his face lit up. The each got what the asked for as well as a webkinz that they didn't have time to ask Santa for. It was a good thing that he's been watching them through his magic snowglobe ;)

The kids are all still sleeping....its kind of nice....at least I can take a shower before all the fun begins.

Yesterday I hosted Christmas Eve.....my London Broil was excellent and the huge pan of potatoes dauphinoise was totally gone.

Today I making a turkey....between the 2 meals I will have a TON of left overs!!

Santa brought us gifts too. Apparently Hunter has been secretly making Santa gift requests for us ;) Chris got some Candy and a silicone cover for his PS3 remote. I got a stocking with a Minnie Bow on it and a Sugarland CD. We were so suprised:rolleyes1

Breakfast is in the oven. We need to be at my parent's in less than an hour. I guess I'd better get moving.

I hope everyone is feeling 100% today and that you all have a Wonderfully Happy and Merry Christmas.
