I TOLD DH we were going to have to buy end tables but he threw a giant fit. Now he sees I was NOT kidding. The cocktail table weighs a ton so just moving it out of the way every time isn't a viable option.
Here is what the kids got me for Christmas, except the braided band is light pink. The inscription says LOVE YOU. Alyssa picked it out, and also decided on the inscription.
I also got this ornament, as well as what I think is a regifted scarf.
All in all I'm surprised he got me decent gifts this year.

DS played Wii Fit for almost 2 hours. We had to move the cocktail table off to one side (so now the balcony door won't open) and put the ottoman in the dining room.
DH has the turkey in the oven. He hasn't started on anything else yet.

The kids got Wii Fit & some Wii games which they are playing with right now. Wii Ski is alot of fun! ) we have had a nice Christmas day.

Me too. My dad surprised me this morning too. They normally write Sara, Eric and I a check for $150 each. I got $300, so I could use the extra to pay the dental bill. I was in tears.
Eric just got back with our dinner. He had planned on cooking a full dinner but I thought Chinese sounded better and much less work on his part!! He was on the phone so fast.

Santa came to our house just after midnight. He forgot the tangerines in the stockings though,
They woke up at 5;50am & came running downstairs. They were so excited opening up their gifts. Katie got mostly clothes from Abercrombie & Hollister which she was thrilled about. Daniel got mostly Legos & Wii games & Sophie got alot of Hannah Montana stuff.
We have our dinner of leftovers from yesterday & lots of desserts. It is so nice not to have to go anywhere today & just stay home & play.

I called the place right up at the end of our neighborhood and they were kind of shocked that I asked them if they were open!!
