They better be now after the first round of them had the date rape drug in them.

No, on the tubes. She has only had 4 or 5. And they aren't back to back. Mo had them linger for 3 or 4 months never clearing up.

I am fine with not going tomorrow, just incredibly bored!!!

At least she didn't eat them. Although they are supposed to be non-toxic now. :rolleyes1
I hope Lucy feels better soon! :wizard: Has your regular pediatrician said anything about tubes for her?
Sorry you are going to miss out on being with your friends tomorrow, but pushing yourself wouldn't be a good idea.

I am glad you got it!! :)

I am puttering around cleaning...but so far all I have accomplished is accidentally dyeing a bunch of towels pink!

I thought blue was your color of choice ;)

for sure....AND, today they youngest 3 went overnight to their fathers. That has not happened in YEARS!!! Bill and I don't know how to handle the silence~!! :rotfl:

In the words of a six year old...Why didn't you just have S ex? :rotfl:

Hunter had several ear infections, not back to back, when he was about Lucy's age. Eventually they suggested putting him on lactaid instead of milk as there is a protein that causes some kids to have ear infections. They also gave him a daily antibiotic to fight the infections prophylacticly. The did that over the winter months and he did not have another ear infection. By the next winter he was back on whole milk with no problems.

Colby is home and he had a wonderful time. He took my cell phone with him so he was giving Chris frequent updates anyway :goodvibes I crawled back into bed around 11 and stayed there until almost 5. I found that if I did not move I felt much better. Any movement, even rolling over was not a good thing. Thankfully I seem to be through the worst of it now. Hunter cat napped most of the morning and he is now acting fine. He is even hungry. Nick is also feeling better. He just ate half of a meatball sub that my mother showed up with :scared: So far, so good.

Apparently my Dad is now stricken with it though. I guess he's been sick most of the day. That only leaves Mom and Chris that haven't had it yet. Of course it is likely that my brother's family will get it too and probably SIL's family, though we haven't been in direct contact with them.

My neice called to thank me for being sick as she really enjoyed the show. :upsidedow

The boys set up Rock Band tonight. Hunter was doing well on drums, Colby suprisingly well on bass and Nick on guitar. Chris was lead vocal :rotfl2: :rotfl2: Let's just say that he was eliminated in each round. It's nice to see the kids all playing together.

I'm going to rest again. I've been sitting up for a while and I'm so tired now. My stomach is feeling wonky again too.

So Jennifer what board games did you guys get. I bought us are you smarter then a 5th grader Disney Edition.

Look what I got from Katrina! It's perfect and I love it! Please tell her thank you for me!

That was purchased from Bronner's Christmas Wonderland in Frankenmuth. They had very little Disney ornaments to choose from and when I saw this I knew it was meant to be. I know it isn't an ornament but figured if you didn't have a place for it year round, you could put it out at Christmas time.

Elizabeth - sounds like you had a good day shopping.

Deb - I'm glad Colby had a good time and that everyone seems to be on the road to recovery.

Robyn - sorry you had to cancel another get-together. It's probably better that you rest though. I hope Lucy and Emma are feeling better. You too!

remember I said we didn't know what to do with ourselves tonight....well our entire area is under a major flood warning....and we have begun taking in water. I am so tired of this.

I think we will take shifts tonight to try and stay ahead of things
