Chuck just seasons his prime rib with salt, pepper, garlic, and seasoned salt. We like to have the "meat speak for itself" in his words. He will be grilling it.

I so would love to go. But I really need to save my time off for summer. I'd love to be able to take another month off. But going for 4 days over spring break, just the kids and I would be soooo fun. I'm going to try really hard to be good.

I'm off to bed. I want to get up early to get things going for the party. I still don't know what I'm making for dessert. I also have to work for awhile tomorrow. I have Wednesday & Thursday off both weeks. Good night DDA!

Hunter and I were just using Google to find pictures of tonga toast and the French Toast Loaf from the Main Street Bakery. Now we are salivating. breakfast will be so yummy Christmas Morning. I think I'll do the Main Street bakery toast as my plain option and Glynis' recipe using bananas as my second dish. I'm so hungry now.

Has everyone received shipments for any online items that you bought for Christmas? I'm waiting on a package from disneyshopping.com. I bought it when it was still guaranteed for Christmas delivery, but the website doesn't even show it shipping yet We are also waiting for Hunter's bike to show up. I followed up with the company and they said it was shipped out on 12/11. I'm hoping that these storms have just slowed delivery and that it isn't lost in the mail. Otherwise I think I have received everything that I was expecting. I even got a suprise package in the mail from Pinecone Research. This is the first time that they have actually mailed me anything to try. Of course I cannot discuss the product since it is top secret and I could be prosecuted

Colby hasn't had anything to eat tonight. He has only had fluids since lunch. Hopefully we are good to go. He isn't complaining of his tummy hurting anymore either.

Kristine - when you say homestyle bread, what does that mean? Crusty bread?

I think homestyle bread would be like Italian Bread that you buy in a loaf and cut yourself? What exactly does day old mean? It that left on the shelf unwrapped? cut it first?

Someone please tell me why I shouldn't go to WDW for spring break. I got a coupon from airtran for $25 off, and could fly for $80 rt, April 13-16.

Deb our forecast does not look to great for the next couple of days, but we are suppose to get into the 40's on Friday!

I have so much to do today to prepare for Christmas day. Lot's of cleaning, laundry, baking, wrapping gifts, & getting the tree up. I can't believe Christmas is only 2 days away, I am so not ready this year. Hopefully after today that will change!

After sleeping all weekend, I actually felt good this morning to go to work. I have also stopped coughing. My sinus headache is all gone too.

The water Dept. came over to make sure all was ok with the lines & yep they were froze. Gary thawed the line & we now have water

That is what we had yesterday & last night, way to cold! Wind chills were reading -25. We did get to a high of 8 today!

I'm just glad its not as cold as most places, don't think I could take it. It did get to 22º yesterday.

good morning everyone! Im up a bit early today for some reason but....it is my last day of work til january 5!!! I have a half-day so the kids are done at 1:15! Ill have to stay a bit later and set a couple things up for January ,because I dont want to worry about anything over break ! Im so excited-im like the kids!
