I hope everybody who is traveling has safe travels.

I hope you all have a Happy Thanksgiving.

I can not believe it is almost December.

I do need to ask for some Pixie Dust, DD went to the doctor today and he wanted to keep her overnight for observation because of her blood pressure, she convinced him to let her go home, but I have given her strict orders to go to bed and stay there, so dinner has been moved here.

PD is sent, Debbie. I hope she listens to you!

Elizabeth - I hope your Mom's drive goes well. Too bad for your bosses and Princess. :(

Well since all the sick DDA insisted I be sick too ;)
I have a 9 am app. on Friday. I have a slight cough, but am very phlemy (sp?) in the morning and slight pain in my ears, so I am going before it gets worse.

I hope you feel better before you have to go on Friday, Heidi!

I have to work tomorrow a 12hr shift tomorrow. I hope its not to crazy

I hope not too, Jennifer. When will you have Thanksgiving dinner? Tomorrow or another day?

Safe Travels and Happy Thanksgiving to all! I probably won't be online tomorrow as I am cooking-something I don't normally do. It will just be the 5 of us and my sister Karen-I'm excited to see her-it has been months.

I enjoy going out on Black Friday. The last couple of years I've hit Kohl's and done well but I went a few weeks ago with a 30% coupon (and did better than most of Friday's deals). So I think I'll just hit JoAnn's. They have flannel for $1.49 and I have a coupon for 20% off til noon. They also have fleece for I think $2.99. I hear it can be crazy. I hope it isn't too bad. I also need a new printer and mouse so I may hit Staples or do that online. AND... I only have 14GB of memory for my new camera. Each picture at full resolution is over 6MB so that is "only" about 2,000 photos worth. I may pick up another 2GB or 4GB if I find a bargain.

What camera did you decide on?

Enjoy your Thanksgiving!

Jennifer, I can't tell you how precious your girls are, :cloud9:

:wizard: :wizard:

Work wasn't too bad tonight. There were only 4 of us on so that certainly helped. Now to wash the turkey and make the stuffing. :sad2:

I hope not too, Jennifer. When will you have Thanksgiving dinner? Tomorrow or another day?

I will go to my moms after work they are going to save me a plate. The hospital will give all employees a free turkey dinner tomorrow.

I will snag my paper in the morning before leaving for work. Hopefully I will have time to look at the ads and make a plan.

This time of year makes my skin a mess. My hands are so dry that they bleed at the slightest touch. I put lotion on all the time but it does not seem to matter.

I got a Guitar Center Catalog, an Apple Ipod email and a Sony Camera pamphlet today. Drool, but I really do not need any of those things. Although technically my camera has been acting wonky, but I am not sure if I would get a Sony or another brand as I really want a DSLR. My MP3 player has not worked for several months.

Jennifer- Everything was always wrapped at our house. Including stuff in our stocking. Because everything was considered from Santa. Sometimes it was in gift bags if it was large or odd shaped. But pretty much it was concealed in some way or another. Although I am not sure I agree with the environmental aspect of wrapping everything, but I will probably wrap everything when I have kids.:thumbsup2

It makes it fun to guess what is in each package and draws out the process. Unwrapping everything is one of my favorite memories, as to me it is more fun to have it be more of a surprise then to see everything right away.

I love to see how our traditions vary. When I was in college I spent Thanksgiving and Easter at friends houses as I could not come home and I enjoyed sharing in their different traditions.

I love the pictures of your girls. They did so well with Santa.

Jen- I hope you have a great trip.

Robyn- Glad you made it. I hope you have a good time and everyone feels better.

Glynis- I'll take your 11 year old. Better the light then Katie's head. The light can be replaced her head can not. I hope Peanut stays in place till the weekend.

Deb- I hope you can figure out the mystery of Hunter's headaches. It could also be acid reflux, as that what caused mysterious headaches for me for months, that appeared to be sinus infections.

Tammi- I hope you had a good Thanksgiving dinner with your kids.

Elin- Feel better soon.

Debbie- Hope your DD's blood pressure gets under control and stays under control easily.

Elizabeth- We can share the tent. ;) As I seem to keep gaining.

Denise- Thanks for the animated pumpkin pie. I hope you and your family are doing well.

I hope everyone feels better and has a great Thanksgiving.

poor Jeff has no idea what time he will be home tonight. He works at home depot and he had to close tonight. They locked the doors at 9pm, but they have to do the regular clean up and stock plus set up for black friday.

Jennifer
santa present was left unwrapped. the rest were from mom and dad and they were wrapped.

Growing up our stockings and Santa gifts were not wrapped. Everything else was from our parents and were wrapped and put under the tree as soon as the tree was put up. It was fun do imagine what was in each present. My Grandparents always wrapped early and put the presents under their tree too

We do the same thing here, except we have to leave room for the cat to get under the tree. He loves to lay under our tree. He doesn't mess with it, just lays there. Maybe he's pretending he's a wildcat stocking prey in the forest :confused3 :rotfl2:

Steffy and Terry, Ray is so excited to meet you both and for the cruise. He has my cell phone number to give you so we can try and meet up.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! I hope that you have a wonderful day. I am thankful to have you all in my life.
We can't wait to meet him too. We are going to have such a wonderful trip. I am so excited, I can barely contain myself.

And I can't wait to see you and the kids. We must manage to run into each otehr at some point. Have too!!!:dance3: :woohoo:

Jennifer, what cute pictures!!:goodvibes

Elizabeth, I hope your mom makes the drive okay.:goodvibes

Happy Thanksgiving DDA!!
