This time of year makes my skin a mess. My hands are so dry that they bleed at the slightest touch. I put lotion on all the time but it does not seem to matter.
I got a Guitar Center Catalog, an Apple Ipod email and a Sony Camera pamphlet today. Drool, but I really do not need any of those things. Although technically my camera has been acting wonky, but I am not sure if I would get a Sony or another brand as I really want a DSLR. My MP3 player has not worked for several months.
Jennifer- Everything was always wrapped at our house. Including stuff in our stocking. Because everything was considered from Santa. Sometimes it was in gift bags if it was large or odd shaped. But pretty much it was concealed in some way or another. Although I am not sure I agree with the environmental aspect of wrapping everything, but I will probably wrap everything when I have kids.
It makes it fun to guess what is in each package and draws out the process. Unwrapping everything is one of my favorite memories, as to me it is more fun to have it be more of a surprise then to see everything right away.
I love to see how our traditions vary. When I was in college I spent Thanksgiving and Easter at friends houses as I could not come home and I enjoyed sharing in their different traditions.
I love the pictures of your girls. They did so well with Santa.
Jen- I hope you have a great trip.
Robyn- Glad you made it. I hope you have a good time and everyone feels better.
Glynis- I'll take your 11 year old. Better the light then Katie's head. The light can be replaced her head can not. I hope Peanut stays in place till the weekend.
Deb- I hope you can figure out the mystery of Hunter's headaches. It could also be acid reflux, as that what caused mysterious headaches for me for months, that appeared to be sinus infections.
Tammi- I hope you had a good Thanksgiving dinner with your kids.
Elin- Feel better soon.
Debbie- Hope your DD's blood pressure gets under control and stays under control easily.
Elizabeth- We can share the tent.

As I seem to keep gaining.
Denise- Thanks for the animated pumpkin pie. I hope you and your family are doing well.
I hope everyone feels better and has a great Thanksgiving.
