Oh my GOSH. Can I just say that Kyle, despite being SO good with the girls (he really is phenomenal, and I'm sure his field helps a bit ), would never last one day if roles were reversed and I were gone for hours or days on end. I could punch him right about now!

DH used to make me SOOOO angry. I would tell him we were going to play the "Pretend Mommy is NOT HOME" game. He was not allowed to come to me for help with DS, he had to pretend I wasn't home. DH used to think he wanted more than one child, but that game helped him see the error in his thinking.

Someone needs to come to my house and hide my Wii wheel! I am so addicted to this stinkin' Mario Kart game. Suffice to say, I've come a long way in a short time.

Disboarders do fish extenders as an additional thing when cruising. They are not required or mandatory. Just something fun to do. There is a fish at each door and the fish extender hangs off the fish. People sign up to participate. People can bring anything and everything to put in the other extenders. Kristine is probably stressed because she is organizing for her cruise.

The actual extenders vary from paper bags, to elaborate homemade embroidered creations.

Below is some of the stuff we received in our fish extender. This was not nearly everything. We got lots of pens, magnets, pins, glow necklaces and bracelets, key chains, stickers, candy, etc

Elizabeth, I think that game would drive me nuts, at least in the evenings! He just volunteered to get both girls rest for bed tonight, and didn't quite make it on his own . That would have been fine, but when both started screaming while I was changing the laundry over, you would have thought the apocalypse was here!

Were the girls making the goat noise? That's when you know a baby is seriously ticked off. The cry changes to something more like a bleat. If nobody had reached goat stage yet I would have made him deal on his own.

Definitely like trick or treat. You just drop the stuff off in the other participant's fish extenders. You find it when you come back to your room or leave the room. Which is lots of fun as you never know what you are going to get.

It is fun, but can be stressful if you make something for everyone. It was time consuming to deliver. We had about 150 families or staterooms participating. Normally you have about 30-40 if that. We had about 500 Disboarders and family members that were active with the thread. But there were lots more on the ship that were not participating in the psycho fast thread. Then again over 2,000 of the 2,500 passengers were repeat cruisers. Most of the first time cruisers were kids.
