Great pictures!!! I love this one!!

So much to do, so little time.
Good luck!!!:wizard:

I know the feeling! I finally broke down and called the dr today but had to leave a message and haven't heard back yet-it hasn't been an hour yet.

Kevin took Alyssa to her first soccer practice tonight, and he came home an assistant coach! :upsidedow
Not surprising. I'm sure he'll be great!

Bernadette, your sewing projects are fantastic!
Thanks!

Noah had his one month appointment today. He's up to 9 pounds, 11 ounces, and he's 22 1/2 inches long. :goodvibes

My grandparents are arriving tomorrow and staying for one night. I have no idea how much nagging my grandma had to do to get my grandpa to agree to this, but hopefully we will have a wonderful visit!

Hope you all are having a good week!
Amy :)
What a big boy! Have a nice visit.

Captivating might describe our quick visit to Stone Mountain on our way back to the airport this afternoon.

I think there needs to be another adjective to describe the seminar. Yamaha Music Education has opted to throw out a curriculum that I have loved teaching for the past 12 years or so and is replacing it with a very media-driven program for our 4-6 year old groups. It is full of Pokemon-like creatures and singing songs that make no sense to me that are contained on coordinating CDs and DVDs that are very Japanese anime' in style. The piano repertoire looks OK, but the singing songs leave me cold.

I am hoping that once I see that my students love it, so will I. But the seminar is led by an instructor that is just not my cup of tea, so I will be headed into this thing with a bit of a doubting-Thomas chip on my shoulder. That being said, I hope to learn a lot in the upcoming 8 hours; enough at least to teach a course in less than a month!
Great photo! Hope the new program grows on you.

Good morning, DDA! Hope all is well. I think Terra and I are headed to the zoo or Science Center with my uncle, his son and grandkids. One of the grandkids was supposed to have surgery this week, but it was postponed indefinitely (all for good). James already had his ticket, etc to come here for it so decided to come anyway so now Joe is bringing the kids over for the day to see him.

Unfortunately, work is still a big question mark after all as has MomBoss has yet to contact me since we talked on Monday to let me know when she wants me to come back in following Cinderella and possibly BabyGirl being sick. I have called, left messages and sent text messages and all have gone unanswered. I am at a total loss of what to do next. I am totally confused about how we could have had the hour long conversation we had on Monday and then her not having contact me back since. I just don't know what to do anymore other than start looking for another position and hope for the best all around. :confused3 If she happens to call or text this morning, we'll show up at work as promised, otherwise I guess we'll sit in wait for another day.
Hope you had a great day. Hope things work out. You deserve more respect!!!!

Well apparently the surgeon told my mom that my recovery may be a bit rougher due to the scar tissue he saw. Last night was very painful. I got an hour of sleep here and there. For some reason, the pain medication is not making me tired
i ate italian ice, applesauce, and jello yesterday.
The plan for today is keepign the ice on it and keep drinking water.
Thanks for thinking about me!
:wizard: Hope you're improving!

I'm waiting on Orkin and the plumber -- more house maintenance today. By the way -- my present from my office was a handyman. I had asked for this and they found someone that would drive out to Kaufman. He's coming tomorrow and will clean out my gutters, powerwash the house and wash all the outside windows. Yahoo!
Great gift!

This is a great site for ring tones etc Terry!

Cool!!! There is some fun stuff out there. I can't get it to work. The site says you have to download it and then email it to your phone if you have verizon service and I can't get the email to go through.

I just booked a Boardwalk View room for our March trip! :yay:

okay for those of you who have stayed at the value resorts. Have you ever used a softsided cooler? I have tried to get in on a fridge swap but our dates are taken. SO I am thinking of packing a softsided cooler as one of our carryon bags and then use it in the room for milk for Olivia and leftovers.
I had a cheap cooler once and the only problem was that it leaked. I had it on the vanity. I ended up throwing the cooler away rather than bring it home.

here are some pics of the girls in June
All your photos have been great! Virginia is looking so big!

Wonderful!!!!!

As I sit here very close to where Denise lives I am wondering if anyone knows how her surgery went? I would call to check on her if I knew it would not disturb.

I got a PM from her about two weeks ago. She said she was feeling better and was busy, busy, busy. She was preparing to start at her job in a week. So she has probably been at her job for about a week.

Molly's surgery is scheduled for 7:10am tomorrow morning. We will have to be out of the house by 6:10am or so. I have no idea what the traffic will be like going into Annapolis so I want to make sure we get there with time to spare.

I am sure she'll be fine!!

I will pray for no traffic...not good for mama's nerves!!

I was so excited today...I went to the Farmer's Market and one stall had a sign saying Montana cherries....well that could only mean one thing...FLATHEAD VALLEY Cherries...my absolute favorite cherries. :lovestruc I can hardly eat other cherries after being spoiled by these. I haven't had them in 7 years...so I have been very good and only eaten a few....but I am in heaven!!:goodvibes

:wizard: I am sure it will be fine. and their will be very little traffic.

Ok - so if you stay in a moderate - make sure you bring your own refridgerator knob! Apparently they took all the knobs out of the fridges because they are just "coolers"... Janet said her fridge was set at 2 - and maint. came out and wouldn't turn it higher than 3. Which still won't chill her water or milk...

She's gonna try to see if she can move it up to 4 or 5 with the inside of a pen. Go figure! Anything to save a buck?!

I'll be thinking of you all bright and early!

Sheesh! :sad2:

So tomorrow marks 2 full weeks of illness in this house and there's no end in sight. :sad2: Between yesterday and today though, we have stocked up on Pediasure, Gripe Water and (more) Tylenol for both girls, and Avery's Zantac. Maybe tonight Avery and I will sleep more than 20 minutes at a time.

They're both sleeping now though, so I'm doing absolutely nothing. Kyle's on call, so I literally have zero motivation to get anything done :) What's everyone else up to?
