At the moment, can you catch a bus from DD to TTC?

No, you cannot.

How about from the TTC to Downtown Disney, or can you go straight from MK to DD?

No to both. In fact there are no direct buses between any of the parks and DTD in order to discourage people from parking at DTD to avoid paying parking fees at the parks.

From MK, walk to Contemporary and catch the DTD bus from there.
