DD nap, alcool and people watching

Hello,

I am wondering if Disneyland has alcool? Do you have a place to suggest where I could have a cocktail, people watch and relax while my daughter has a nap on her chair?

She is 6, so she won't nap for long, but it mught be good to have a few places in mind.

I'm assuming you mean Alcohol. If so, DCA has some places such as the cove bar where you can get a drink and a couple of beer/margarita stands near paradise pier.

Downtown Disney or somewhere in California Adventure. Walt Disney was adamant that he didn't want alcohol to be served at Disneyland proper, although alcohol was available to the rather exclusive Club 33.

Not in Disneyland itself since they don't serve alcohol, but if you're in DCA, it can be fun to sit upstairs at the Cove Bar (main restaurant is Ariel's Grotto) and watch California Screamin' take off.

They also have drinks at the Cozy Cones and there's good people watching there. Also on the patio at Flo's V8 in Carsland. I don't remember if they had cocktails or not but I know they have wine. Actually there are a number of places in DCA where you can get a drink, but those are the ones I remember that had some good people or activity watching.

Trader Sams enchanted tiki bar at DLH is great too.

The Hearthstone Lounge at the GCH is our favorite place to relax and grab a drink.

Trader Sam's is the greatest place to get a drink on Disney property, possibly all of Orange County.

The lounge at Carthay Circle! Nice and quiet if there isn't a noisy group of other patrons!

I second Hearthtone Lounge and Cathay Circle, plus they have air conditioning!
