My DD is 2 1/2 and does not require admission but I'm worried because she is already 39 inches tall and people who don't know her seem to think she is older because of her height. I am planning on bringing a COPY of her birth certificate just in case but will this be enough? Has anyone else ever had their child's age questioned when entering the parks?

Of course the Birth certificate would be more than enough.
Honestly I wouldn't worry about it...I doubt you will ever be asked her age.
Disney is very trusting when it comes to that..They know that kids come in all shapes and sizes :sunny:

I have read on other threads before that people think a CM was Questioning there child asking him or her there age. But To be honest this was probably a CM just talking to the child...not cross examinig them :teeth:

My dd is 6 years..average size height...lots of Cast members asked her age because they just making conversation...It would be.."Hey princess..you look beautiful today...whats your name." What a lovely name..How old are you princess...are you in 1st grade?"

We had several conversations with cast members along those lines...DD loved being addresses as a princess :wizard: ...They were not trying to catch her out..as she had a ticket..and is obviously no where near 10. They were just chatting to her.
So don't worry if this happens to you.

My DD is also 2 a tall for her age...they didn't question us once as to her age. We just came back 2 weeks ago and she LOVED Disney this time around. We went in May just before she turned 2 and a totally different experience and maturity from May to Sept. It was truly wonderful seeing everything through her eyes.

My DD has always been tall for her age and we have never been questioned about her age during any visits. She was 2 1/2 as well on our first trip but I found that she was in her stroller most times we entered the parks because it was easier to keep track of her and also have our tickets checked, bags, etc. so her height didn't always show as much.

I can't imagine it even getting to the birth certificate stage but even if it did you are certainly covered by having it with you.

Have a wonderful trip!
