DCV ending with II???

Hi, Just read the RCI announcement too, that DVC will now trade through RCI effective 1/1/09. We have an outstanding exchange request with II into a DVC resort for last week in April 2009. We haven't had any matches yet are wondering what this means to our request.

any idea?

There are DVC deposits already sitting in II well into 2009. The number of deposits will likely drop off sharply after 12/31/08 until DVC either fulfills or closes outbound exchange requests (DVC owner to non-DVC destination) already in the queue.

If you don't have a match by the end of the year ... I doubt you'll get it.

Agreed. If you haven't already, now's the time to amend your request to include any DVC resort, and the smallest unit you could possibly accept.
