DCL Website Issues?

I am less than 90 days from my cruise, and had some major issues doing the online check in a couple of days ago. It took many, many tries to even get the online check in option to be available after midnight, and then it wouldn’t let me complete it without booking an activity. Now when I go in to to double check, it says my online check in hasn’t been completed, even though I got an email saying it had been completed. And it won’t let me cancel the Palo reservation I had to make in order to get the check-in started. (I even asked my DU travel agent to cancel it for me, and she told me I have to call DCL to cancel?!) Is anyone else experiencing issues with the website? It’s beyond frustrating!
 
I can't speak from firsthand experience since my booking window opens in another week or so, but folks on the FB page for my cruise have been reporting these same issues. A couple had to call DCL to book all their activities for them. Some are saying that their phones work better than their computers. Good luck and I sure hope this gets fixed ASAP.
 
I've been trying to make a payment for the last week and it won't work.
 

Having similar issues. I keep getting the "We're working on it" page. Very frustrating!

I have different issues every time I log in! Earlier today it was telling me I hadn’t completed my online check-in (even though I have and received the email to prove it), then my TA told me I haven’t completed my Youth Activity Registration (which I have completed), and when I logged in to check, it shows completed Youth Registration but that I haven’t completed the contract. It shows some different problem each time I log on. So frustrating!! I’m fine waiting a few days and trying again, but I’m concerned that my 11:00 am port arrival time won’t stick and I’ll be stuck with a late arrival time somehow.
 
When you use the website try to use an incognito window, or just a different browser entirely.

All the "we're working on it" problems go away with an incognito window.
I wish all the disney websites didn't hate chrome as much as they do :sad:

Thank you. Going incognito 'fixed' the issue for me! All their money and Disney STILL can't make a better website experience...across the board really, not just the DCL website :sad2:
