I am less than 90 days from my cruise, and had some major issues doing the online check in a couple of days ago. It took many, many tries to even get the online check in option to be available after midnight, and then it wouldn’t let me complete it without booking an activity. Now when I go in to to double check, it says my online check in hasn’t been completed, even though I got an email saying it had been completed. And it won’t let me cancel the Palo reservation I had to make in order to get the check-in started. (I even asked my DU travel agent to cancel it for me, and she told me I have to call DCL to cancel?!) Is anyone else experiencing issues with the website? It’s beyond frustrating!
