DCL Transportation phone #

Anxiety is getting high. Leaving tomorrow to go to MCO Hyatt and then DCl transport to ship on Saturday. I reserved DCL through my TA (not DU.) They sent me a confirmation, which I have. They said that I'd be getting an email from DCL about 48 hours in advance and, if I didn't get it, to call DCL no more than 24 hours in advance. I have not gotten an email from DCL. Anyone have a phone number for DCL transport?

This has been just a bizarre day. Nothing catastrophic, but everything I've touched today has gone wrong, right up to the drug store that has the meds my husband needs to bring on the cruise being closed because their sprinkler system going off and creating a flood. At least they'll be open before we leave in the morning.
 
I found the # and am on the phone with them now. Are you freakin' kidding me? They are telling me that I'm booked for only one way, returning from ship. Nope. nope nope. I have a receipt in my hot little hand that says I paid for two way. They're saying something got changed when I checked in. ... "OK, let's fix it", I said. "No, you have to call your TA to change your reservation."

Seriously? It's not my TA's fault. It's not my fault.

I'm waiting for a supervisor.
 

Thank you. Supervisor was sympathetic but I still have to call my TA. I finished call with "I'll do it, but I think it's really bad customer service."

Well, that's what happens when you use a TA. Anything having to do with money (payments for excursions, room upgrades, whatever) you must go through them. That's why it's important to have a TA you can contact at the first sign of an issue, regardless of what time of day it is.

Unfortunately, they are not allowed to touch a TA reservation.

Ah...but they did touch it. The Disney system removed our Outbound bus transport, with no TA involvement. All I'm trying to get them to do is put it back to where my TA had left it.

By the time I'd gotten off the phone, the TA had closed, 10 mins earlier. There's an emergency number, but my being po'ed at Disney isn't an emergency in my view. It can be fixed tomorrow.
