we have booked the DCL transfers to and from MCO. We land about 10 AM I think. Will the DCL transfer be available then or will we have to wait at the airport fro an hour or two?

It will be pretty quick, you will enter the "atrium" area in the orlando airport and a host will be there holding a Disney Cruise sign, they then walk you downstairs near baggage claim where you board the bus, we arrived about 10am and we on the bus ready to go in about 30 minutes!

Have a great time, the cruise is GREAT!

thanks! I'm having a slow day at work, been on the boards and am asarting to get really excited about the cruise.

These boards are great and a big help. We took our first Disney Cruise last January and it was wonderful, not too crowded and the weather was wonderful, we left NJ with about 6 inches of snow on the ground.

Have a great time, are you doing the 3,4 or 7 day?

You will have little or no wait. The Disney representative will meet you as you walk toward the baggage area (look for the medium blue "sailor" jackets, you can't miss them), and as soon as they have a full bus, it will leave for the port. Our wait was maybe 10 minutes. Since you're arriving at a busy time, it shouldn't be long at all. They have your flight information (even if you booked separately, they ask for it when you buy the transfers), so they know how to schedule the busses.
