DCL transfer from WL

Did anyone take the DCL transfer from VWL? Where else did it stop? What time did you arrive? Was it enough time for the reservations scramble on board? It leaves at 12:00 & I am worried that it won't be enough time to get onboard & get in line to book or change all the things we want?

We took the DCL bus from the Wilderness Lodge in 2001. When I look back on that entire vacation, one of the moments that stands out in my memory is the busride to the ship. Disney knows how to entertain you while getting to the destination. Our driver had a few fun jokes, the music was festive, and our kids sang and bounced in their seats in anticipation. I specifically remember the anticipation and excitement I felt...sometimes getting tears in my eyes watching our kids look out the windows for their first glimpse of the ship.

We arrived in plenty of time to make our reservations. But getting there was part of the fun!

Did the bus stop anywhere else after WL? Do you remember what time you get there? The bus sounds like fun, but I'm still not sure. Since this is my 1st cruise, I am little nervous about getting all the reservations we want. I am dreaming of the Cabana Massage by the ocean & some quiet adult dinners w/ the DH, while the kids are at the OC.

These boards are helping though, to make me feel more comfortable. Hearing from the experienced cruisers helps. Thanks! Congrats on the 10 day X-mas cruise. WOW!

We took the DCL bus from WL to the terminal. Yes, it did stop at another resort, CBR, if I'm not mistaken. We got to the terminal at around 1:30. It seemed to take a really long time to get there. After the cruise, we waited about two hours to board a DCL bus back to the airport. Some people ended up leaving the line and hailing a cab so they wouldn't miss their flights. Sad, since they had already paid in advance for the DCL transfers. I think next time we will take Tiffany Towncar instead!
