I'd call DCL to check with them directly. In the states sometimes they are included, otherwise they're automatically charged to your room during the cruise.

Typically, most cruises will not have pre-paid tips (included in the cruisefare). However, DCL, does automatically add the gratuities to your onboard account. You can pre-pay by contacting DCL and telling them you want to prepay.
Prepaid means that you've already paid the gratuities as part of the cruisefare. The auto-gratuity means that you will pay the tips at the end of the cruise when you settle your onboard account.
In either case, the actual gratuity is not received by those receiving it until the end of the cruise.
