We're leaving on the fantasy Saturday. I've wanted to change cabins (same cat, different location) so I've been checking each day so to see if anything opens up. Today when I looked, the cruise is no longer listed. Do they remove it from the website when it gets close? There were a dozen or so cabins remaining yesterday, do they remove it when it is sold out?

Yes, cruises are no longer accessible 3 days prior to the embarkation date. It could be removed earlier if all the room sell out.

To add on to previous comments. You can still call Disney to request changes to your reservation. You could also call Disney to make a new reservation if you were actually trying to book last last minute. The biggest reason they pull the cruises 3 days in advance is to finalize guest lists to provide to port authorities.
