Dcl port excursions over phone

Hi

Can I book these over the phone?

Trying to do check in and book excursions and can't get in . Driving me nuts

The uk number is not open until 9am is there an American number please

Port adventers are booked online and not over the phone.

Are you attempting to get in to the DCL website too early? IE before your castaway club level booking day?

There are reports of the DCL website having issues today do keep trying, if it doesn't work for you then it will not work for them either.

There are reports that the DCL website is having issues currently. That's probably why you can't get in there. No, Port Adventures must be booked online.

That's like twice in as many weeks it's been down.

If I select certain areas I actually get the maintenance notice; otherwise it's just been locking up on me all day.

Yes it's had its moments in the last few weeks, roll on the upgrade.

Several years ago I was able to call to get my port adventures book - had to beg!! (just off of cruise #10 - so my booking window "opened" up when I became platinum). Lets just say that it was not a good experience - and we had the exact names and numbers of the excursions as listed on the web site.

and DCL did say that they would NEVER do that again. I assumed we were some of the last people that they did this for.

If no one else is able to book - you're not loosing out on anything. You just have to keep trying.

I was just having the same problem! put excursions in my cart and when I went to confirm them it said"internal server error" and now I can't get in.

As a suggestion - it's a good idea to "confirm" each reservation as you make it. If you wait until all excursions are in your cart to confirm, someone can slip in and take your position by confirming before you do.
