DCL Planning DVD (2004/2005 Edition)

Our new DCL DVD just came in today...

It does not work in our DVD player (Player says "No Disk"). Looking at the back of the DVD, there is a definite image of the digit "8" in the imagable area of the disk near the beginning tracks.

I think I have a defective DVD (yes, the player works on all other DVDs I have).

Anyone else who recently got this having the same problems?

could you please let me know where u ordered that from..I ordered a video back in December, and have not received it yet.
I do remember receiving a postcard saying that we would get it soon but it still has not come... sailing in 5 weeks, probably won't get in in time, but I'd love to have it anyway.

Got ours recently and ran it on my PC with no problems. I didn't try it in the DVD players hooked up to our televisions.

I got mine this week, and it works fine.
I was actually suprised at how quickly it came. It only took about 2.5 weeks!!! It is very cool. I would suggest just requesting another one.
