moet7 - Thanks for the kind words. I went to Philadelphia, I live in NJ and had a famous doctor perform the gastric bypass surgey. They did it the ol-fashioned way. So I am cut from top to bottom you could say. But I never regretted it and I am doing fine, much better with all the weight gone. I did have a bad accient in 2002 and I have had to have 4 back surgeries, but my neurosurgeon said he would not have operated had I been over weight. SO thank God I was able to have the surgery.

S. C. - I only exercise for my back really. Right now I am in PT 3 times a week. Luckily I have good skin tone and was never troubled with excess skin but believe me, if I had the money, I would do a full body lift! But I like going on Cruises too much!!!! I keep saying.... maybe next year!
