OMG!!! Is that Simone?? I remember when he used to work in Palos. Is he now in kids programming?? He was there when I cruised the Wonder in December '04.

Yes, that is at Castaway Cay. The ship is the Flying Dutchman from Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Man's Chest. It's been there for a few months now. I don't know how much longer they will keep it there.

How awesome. Well I hope it stays through Thanksgiving. My parents are taking a Disney Cruise on the Wonder for Thanksgiving w/o all us kids and they would absolutly love to see that. Pirates is their absolute favorite movie!!

No, he is now a matre'd(sp). We had him on the Sept 10 day cruise. He did mention working in Palo's to us. He was a blast!

no joke! we hooked several
(not good with measies but maybe 3 or 4 foot)
while you fished you could SEE them
in the water below! you knew what you hooked
even before you had it out of the water!
which was great when one got away! and bigger ones did!

In 2004, my ds went on the teen Wild Side excursion. While doing the kayak portion of this, the CM's told the kids that sharks do indeed circle CC (thank goodness for the nets !). They told them that a big tiger shark had been spotted fairly recently. I recall my ds telling me it was close to 15 ft (as per the CM's).
