DCL phone numbers out of action

Tried 3 different numbers which all say "It is not possible to connect you at the moment".
Tried yesterday and today.

Has anyone used a number recently that is still working?
I need to chase up a refund that was meant to have been actioned 8 days ago but I still haven't received it.

Hmmm, I've discovered that the problem only seems to occur when I ring via telediscount.

Bizarre......

I hope it's not permanent, I'm relying on the 2p a minute calls for my wedding planning!

Without knowing how DCL's lines are set up, I can only speak on my experience in the industry. A lot of times call centers are not able to receive certain kinds of phone calls. For example, where I work, the 800 numbers are not able to be accessed internationally, and collect calls cannot even get to the line to be accepted. The only way to call in from overseas is to get someone's direct extension and pay for the call yourself. Unfortunately, the companies we do the work for will not pay for international calls either, so the client must initiate all the phone calls.

I'm not sure what telediscount means, but it could well be that DCL is not set up to receive those types of calls. I would suggest you contact them via e-mail and find out the best way to get in touch with them. I had an issue come up with DCL one time, and the supervisor gave me his direct telephone number to call so we could get the situation straightened out. Maybe they would be willing to do something like that.

I Googled Telediscount. It is a discount long distance company in England.
Judging from the few customer reviews I read, Telediscount probably is the problem. Most of the complaints are exactly like this, can't get through on international long distance calls.

I wonder if they have just decided this week to stop calls from this number, as for about a year I've successfully connected to Disney dining, DFTW, DCL, any of their numbers?

Just seems odd that all of a sudden it doesn't work anymore. Sigh, this could mean the end of cheap calls to Disney for good.
