Since we are going to sail in March our party theme will be along the lines of Bon Voyage - Spring Break Thaw. Being past cruisers we are tentively planning on doing a short skit of booking, waiting, packing then cruise day. We have 2 other families going with us for the first time and will be raffleing off things for their cruise boxes - laundry basket w/ pop up laundry basket a roll of quarters laudromat boxes of detergent and bounce, a snorkel basket, sun block basket, etc... We are going to use the plastic hurricane glasses we collected to serve the sail away drink and Konk koolers (for the passengers only we only got 12 ). We plan on serving food similar to food served on DCL smaller scale of course. For families not going with us we went to AAA for some brochures and info on booking DCL cruises for 2009.
If we get the same stuff from House party no problem we'll add it all in. We'll play the vacation DVD from Disney and the DCL cruise program from the travel channel while people eat and of course have Disney music from the ship that we enjoy. We also got some Disney toys for a raffle for the kids that will be attending. We have some other DCL things we have never used and will be raffleing them off as the evening progresses. My friends and family are so excited. We should have about 25 - 30 people. I'm ready!

I don't know what you get, but I know I'll have a good time talking about what I love best and that is all that really matters isn't it? Well isn't it? Okay if they threw money at me or paid for me to go on a DCL cruise I'd have a good time, no GREAT time AND be a happy camper!
