DCL on points, Can you ck Res. online?

Yes you can. Log in (are you registered?) Go to check reservation and type in your reservation number and home telephone number. It will come up with cash prices though.

Sorry - I just went to check on my two reservations and it would not let me check on my point cabin. I did this a few times up til about a month ago. I see they have changed/updated their website too. I am able to check the one with cash but not the one with points. Keep checking though, they are always making changes.

When I cruised on points two years ago, I was not able to check my reservation online. I went to the site typed in my res # and phone # and it came up as reservation not found.
When I booked the following year with cash directly through DCL, I was able to see my res information online.

I recently checked with Disney Cruise Lines on this same issue. I booked with points and wanted to check my reservation online. I was told that if you book directly through DCL with cash, you can view your reservation online. If you booked with either DVC or through a travel agent, then your source for information about your reservation is whoever you booked with. The DCL agent used a term I hadn't heard before, but said that in a case where someone other than DCL books the reservation, that that entity "owns" the reservation. So in our case, I guess DVC "owns" the reservation. As a result, DCL told me that only DVC can "service" the reservation and their online system would be unavailable to us.
