Got ya I understand now.

From what I have been hearing the Alaska pin are all sold out as of now.
I hope they have a new new supply by Tuesday when we board.
Im bringing about 40 pins to swap on swap night aboard the ship.
As I said I keep my pin that want to keep at home.

Wow, I hope they have pins for you! I would be really disappointed to be going on the cruise to find that they were sold out! The port pins are limited edition of 2000, which is pretty high for pins. The anchor pins are limited edition of 750, but there is a new pin every month... Have a great cruise and drop me a note if you get any extra pins!

Has anyone seen any recent navigators or trip reports that mention who the entertainment was? Curious who we might get to see, and the only nav's I can find are from the Innagural.

We live in Duluth.

We love Duluth, my husband was in the Air National Guard unit up there, just retired with 24 years in. So we spent alot of time up there. Now when we go we can just relax and not have to worry about him working. LOL!

Can't believe it - we're finally just about there.

Today, we hit SINGLE digits for this cruise - 9 more sleeps to go. We booked this cruise back on Sept. 28, 2009. A mere 686 days ago - it's taken forever to get here.

Leaving on Friday and heading down to Seattle for a few days before coming back upto Vancouver on Sunday night for the cruise. Have excursions booked, medical insurance bought, starting last minute preparations and packing. This week is going to go by so fast.

Looking forward to meeting everyone at 3pm.

Yes it sure is going to drag by. We leave for seatle on sat in the morning.

We too, leave for Seattle on Saturday. Then head to Vancouver on Sunday morning via Amtrak.

Hi all, I tend to be more active on the FB page but I wanted to say IT'S ALMOST TIME!!!!

We fly out Saturday afternoon, and I am in the midst of packing frenzy. Got my little girl's bag packed. My husband asked why I was bringing so much stuff. I'm only bringing her 8 outfits, plus PJ's, formal wear, dinner wear and jackets! How is that a ton of stuff? She's 20 months old, back-up clothes are a fact of life. Plus, we're spending a few days in Vancouver. Sheesh. I gave him the look and he said "I know you always pack well, I'll shut up" lol

Wait til he sees OUR bags

See you all soon - I'll try to pop back a few times so we can get to 100. Oh, and thanks for the reminder about pins! I'll have to bring some traders and see what I get.

I'm sad to hear the Alaska pins are sold out! I guess I should have figured that would happen since we are cruising at the tail end of the season. Chip and Dale are my favorite and I was definitely looking to get a cute cruise specific Chip and Dale pin! I hope I can find something.

I used to trade a lot but right now I'm mostly just buying keepers! It can be an expensive hobby if you aren't careful. I should probably bring some to trade though. I can probably find something to trade. I didn't realize there was a trade night! I will have to check that out!

Chip n Dale well, Dale is DD's favorite and she would LOVE those pins requested earlier. They better get more pins in next week or someone's in big trouble!!!! I guess I won't show the pix to DD so she is not heartbroken!

Hi,

We are in Great Falls, MT geting ready to head to Glacier National Park to camp for 2 nights. I haven't been there for 17 years, so am looking forward to it. Looking forward to meeting everyone at 3:00 on Tuesday. I can't believe that it is almost here.

Finished shopping last night. DD needed a dress for formal night. Now her and I are all packed and ready to go. If only I could get DH and DS to pack their stuff. Still have lots to do. Reserve the car from the airport to the hotel, finish cleaning the house, get house key to the pet sitter, call the schools and let them know of the kids absence during the first few days, finalize our excursions (still undecided in Skagway).... Can't wait til Monday when we will be on our way.
