Thanks, CyndiLouWho! After your post that you had it it on your iPhone, I deleted (for the 4th time this evening), and reloaded AGAIN the DCL app, and now I have the cute countdown clock for our Sept Fantasy cruise too!! Thanks for posting!

I just upgraded the iPhone version. Looks nice, but lost all the data I had downloaded when the Dream was in port. Guess I have to go visit to the ship again when it's back

Really wish it did something more than just the countdown.

The parks apps show details such as maps, wait times, etc. Maybe show us where a particular ship is on the world map? Or load the itineraries, ports and excursions into the app? You know, the booking website will also heave a sign of relief!

Hi Everyone!!

Looks like the latest version (2.0.2) of the DCL app was just released for Android users so those using iOS should be getting the rollout soon.

Here's what the countdown clock looks like now. It's also animated with the ship moving up and down.! I like it...

I love it!! Thanks so much for sharing! Love how the characters change. Only downside is the fact that my countdown is at 500 days!

I downloaded the app 4 times, and it won't stick to the date I put in(September 2019) for my next cruise.
Bugs are bound to happen, but it would have been nice to see it working.

With this and Golden Mickeys, my faith in Disney customer service is being restored. Glad they are listening to guests! With more ships on the way, I think it is a good move on their part to keep repeat cruisers happy.

I did the app update this morning on my iPhone. I love the new countdown clock (miss the suitcase), and I like the new feature where you can turn on notifications of upcoming activities and incoming messages.

Thanks for the news! I just updated the app on my iPhone & love it. I will be careful about future updates before our cruise if new changes come out that might take away the magic again. For our first cruise I was looking forward to the suitcase, but I like this new one even better!
