DCL ground transportation/website issue

Cruising on the Fantasy 10/14/23, and just booked my room for the night before at Pop Century (yay!). But I'm having trouble finding information about DCL transfers the morning of my cruise. I can find info about transportation from the airport but can't find anything about transportation from WDW. Help?

You need to call DCL to book the ground transfers; there is no option for resorts online, just airport transfers.

I can't find anything specifically about booking transfers from a Disney hotel if you didn't book the hotel through DCL, but I did find the same phone number listed in 2 different places on this page: https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/guest-services/ground-transportation/

You may add air travel, ground transportation or a hotel stay by calling (800) 951-3532. Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.

Pre- and Post-Cruise Hotel Stays and Transportation

If you've booked a hotel stay with us before or after your cruise, transfers are available, for an additional fee, between the airport, hotel and cruise port. Call us at (800) 951-3532 for more information or to add these transfers.

Hello. Do you all know what the pros/cons are for booking a WDW hotel pre and post cruise via DCL versus via WDW website? Are there any perks for booking it directly via DCL? Thanks for all your insight!

Pro: they used to do a thing where you could buy a park ticket package that would be valid pre and post cruise unlike the usual expiration but not sure if that is still a thing.
Cons: you pay rack rate and so miss out on possible discounts
