DCL ground transfer using DVC points

Hi all!

I am a brand new proud DVC owner! I used my first points to book a TransAtlanticcruise in May (and a 2day stay at my new home-resort AKV)
How do I book ground transfer from AKV to port? Do I really need to call DVC MS so they can charge me $95 just to alter my reservation?

Is there anyone here that knows and can tell me?

They shouldn't charge you the 95 to add ground transfers I've added after the fact an was never charged

They shouldn't charge you, you aren't changing your DCL reservation, just adding ground transportation.

Can I pay the ground transportation in cash or do I need to use points if I payed the cruise with points?

And is there anyway to do this via email instead of calling? The cost of calling from Sweden is really high. I don't want to think about what the cost is for my reservation call was (30min!)

Contact Member Services via e-mail. I do it all the time and get a response back by the next day. Ask them about getting the ground transportation from your resort to the ship.

It's on the member website. At the top right hand corner where it says Help & Contact. Click on that and then click on the little envelope right under Contact Us.

When you go on the member site, look for the link to "contact us." There's a phone and a letter as symbols. Click on the letter and the email is set up for you.

I bought at AKV when we were on the Magic and it was just a little over 2 weeks ago. I guess I just need to be patient.

Call member services. You can't use points to pay for the transfer its cash/credit card.

I am not 100% sure, but I am pretty sure the only call to MS I made was to make the cruise reservation.

I am so excited, and can't wait for my first stay. Sadly it's not until May. I really wish there was a club like DVC but that only dealt with airfare. )

I am so greatful for all help I'm getting here I know a lot about WDW and DCL (some of it learned from DIS-board) but I am a complete newbe when it comes to DVC.
If I want to link dining, will they help me with that as well?

Yes, you can book dining with DVC.
