DCL Dolphin Discovery Cozumel Excursion Times

Can anyone tell me if they have two different excursions for this, one in the morning and one in the afternoon? I know that some excursions you have a choice of two time slots, but some are just one shot. On our last cruise we did everything in the morning and it was just so early. Was hoping to hang out on the ship in the morning, then head out on the excursion late morning or lunch?

Normally it's a rolling service say every hour.

When we booked for the push, pull and swim we were offered 8:45, 9:45, 10:45 or 11:45.
