DCL - Day passes for Grand Cayman?

Hi All, has anyone booked a day pass at a resort for the day while DCL stops in Grand Cayman? All my research has come up with the Westin resort. I haven't been able to find any other hotels that offer it. I would prefer to do a hotel property vs. the public beach or DCL offered excursions. Thanks for the help! Sailing on the Magic in April.

We booked a day pass including a Room at the Westin Resort on Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach. Cost was very reasonable and the resort is only a couple of miles from the port. I can't report on the resort as we will be there in August 2013.

We have been there and the food was amazing and it was a nice day. Jetskis are available as are beach massages. Cabanas are available as well.

The shuttle back was $4 pp. (We were able to be dropped off from our half day excursion included in the price so all we had to cover was a way back.)

It was fun! We enjoyed it. It was busy but we found a few lounges and walked along the beach and met a nice bulldog that belonged to a family who lived in a near by house. The pool was deserted! We enjoyed a dip as our day came to a close.

We just sailed the Western Caribbean May 2013 and got a day pass for the Westin Grand Cayman on Seven Mile beach for $156 for the day (this was the total for 4 of us, so worked out to $39 per person - includes all taxes, resort charge and service charges) and loved it! It included a room, use of pool and access to a beautiful stretch of the beach. One of the staff set up 4 chairs with towels and an umbrella for us. There is a security box in the room you can use to store any valuables while enjoying the beach. They have snorkel equipment and other beach water activities for an extra fee. We were able to get a taxi from the port directly to the Westin. Try and get off the ship and into a taxi as soon as you can so you have the full day to enjoy your day at the beach. We didn't book ahead, just showed up, but would recommend booking ahead of time to guarantee your day pass.
