DCL coming back to West Coast!

Anybody considering the 2008 Mexican Riv cruises??? I was SHOCKED the starting price listed on Mousesavers is $1599 per person! No way we'll be doing that one. If that price is wrong (wishful thinking) we may jump on board (literally!).

Repositioning starts at $1699---which I think is very reasonable for two weeks. School schedule makes that impossible, though...

Yes that price is correct, as it correlates with what they charged last year. Sad that they double it for us out here! In most cases we are still the redheaded stepchild. Plus you don't even get a CC visit, so it's not worth it for us. $7000 minimum for the 5 of us, I just can't spend that for one week. That could get me 3 weeks in Florida, or trips and AP's for 6 a year for two whole years to DL!!!

Pretty pricey cruise IMHO. You can sail Carnival or RCCL for less than half that!

My family knows that is my dream vacation , I guess we need to hit a major prize to actually do it! Maybe a trip to Vegas , hit the slots, become a millionarie........ohh I live there......not going to happen! maybe a Disney cruise around Lake Mead to go with our vegas Disneyland!

Well...they are Double Dipping CC on the 4 nighter during part of 2008. Even considering airfare that is way cheaper, and my favorite place on earth!!!

I think I'm still dreaming, but now that I've got my DVC, I need something new to obsess about for 15 years!!!!!

I'll tell you---we LOVE cruising! We've done RCCL, Disney (X2) and this summer will be our 3rd Carnival. Who is your upcoming cruise with? Doesn't matter---it'll be AWESOME!

I took the May repositioning cruise in 2005 and have also visited Puerto Vallarta. I will wait until an Alaskan cruise on DCL.

I cant wait for this!!!!!!! I so hope they do it, we really want to do an Alaskan cruise, but we also want a Disney cruise. I guess we wait!

You know, they got Disney Cruise in the Medditerrean Sea as well...

actually, they told us a few weeks ago... the West Coast ships arent actually built yet, but they are taking the East Coast ships over... but they may cancel that...

Would love to go on an August 2008 West Coast Cruise but I am unable to find a link on small world vacations web site and their reg info list does not include the west coast. Very difficult site to navigate.
